Making it easier to cancel subscription would be awesome. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff that stated that they were able to cancel my subscription, but the fact that I had to email about it was super frustrating.

I cancelled my subscription
I cancelled my subscription, they charged me
For the next 2 months $48 per month. The email address plastered on their home page just gives an error. I DO NOT recommend using this company, as a consumer if you have an issue you won’t be able to resolve it and you’ll be left out of pocket as I was. Bad service, really in fact NO service

Difficult cancellation process and, sometimes misleading, subscription charges. Not much help from customer support.
