makaizou18.com is a trustworthy site. I have made 6 orders so far over the period of a few months and I have never been dissapointed. The figures are made professionally and the customer support is one of the best Ive ever had online. Seriously other sites can really learn from them. The figures you order usually arrive in around 2 to 3 weeks. They are wrapped carefully so nothing breaks on the journey.
They even make sure and ask if everything is ok when the package arrived at your end.
To make it short: Im very satisfied and I will order again in the future!
