Max contacted me by phone to give me options as the product was out of stock. I was impressed with the efficiency. I purchased an iPad 2025 11" - I was concerned it wouldn't arrive in time for my daughters birthday. Max & Melanie organised next day delivery for no additional cost. Would definitely use this company in the future.

No reply to emails or phone calls
We purchased a 9th generation ipad it worked perfectly for 13 months then shut down and wouldnt open. I have emailed several times to the company and phoned so many times I cannot remember! Yesterday I took it in to Apple Store and was told it is an American product and cannot be repaired! I am gutted. The warranty therefore is not valid because I cannot contact them. I tried this company to save some money. My old ipad now 12 years old still works but wont update.

ewww experience, bad taste in my mouth
took my money instantly, sent me invoice instantly (automated system i think), humours "FAQ" section, confident selling in "ABOUT US" (typical me - if a business is funny, should have just laughed) BUT READ what have happened NEXT:
never sent me the phone, sent them 3 emails asking if i can pay for next day delivery, no reply.
call the registered business number - automated reply of incorrect number, of course.
sent another email asking i want to cancel the order, obviously no reply either.
then send me the email to review them here, I guess another automated system, let see if trustpilot will keep my review.

Buyer beware Major Mobiles won't respond to return/refund request
I ordered a Samsung S9 fe. Opened it within the 30 day return/refund time scale. The tablet is faulty (having spoken with Samsung technical who ran a diagnostics) so I have requested to return it via the major mobiles website portal (more than once) plus via various emails. They are just not responding and it's now outside the 1-2 business days as stated on the website. I tried calling the phone number 01612980770 and it just says I've dialled an incorrect number even though it's the phone number on the invoice and on trust pilot. The address on the invoice is different to the one on the website. I called companies house to see if they had a different number they could not locate the business under either of the addresses so not sure which address I should be returning it to. On the advice of trading standards via the Citizens Advice Bureau I have resorted to sending my return request as a letter via special delivery (which includes copies of the various emails, screenshots of the online portal submitted message and photos of the faults) to the address on the website at a cost of £8.75, just so I have proof the letter has been delivered and signed for within the 30 day time period stated on their website. I will update this review when I get a response.
Update: Still no response from Major Mobiles even though its been 6 business days.
The letter I sent by special delivery was returned back to me saying it was sent to wrong address even though Royal mail GPS said it was correct. I resent the letter for a second time via recorded delivery (at an additional cost of £5.60 ) on Friday and on checking the Royal mail tracking it again is being returned to me saying sorry we were unable to deliver this item.

Never received the item of an Ipad
Never received the item of an Ipad. Managed to speak to someone once who said they'll ring back. They have ignored all calls and emails. Wouldn't touch them at all. No customer service and couldn't claim back from DPD as they have to put a claim in. DPD said majormobiles have never contacted them.
This item was purchased in November 2024 for a Christmas present and now 5 months later still nothing! Its disgusting!
Update, They never replied to all the emails I've sent and even my calls were never answered. Used the order number with all emails, date of purchase etc but still nothing! Felt like I was totally ripped off

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could. I bought an IPhone 15 and it was showing as in stock. This was about 3-4 weeks ago. I was then contacted a few days later saying it wasn’t in stock and that it would be a 2 week wait. I was fine with this as my current phone still works. 2 weeks went by and then they contacted me saying they aren’t getting the stock and did I want it in another colour. I don’t want it in another colour so I’ve sent 4 emails asking them to cancel by order and refund me. Not had one reply and I tried calling the number on the website and it just rings, no switch board or anything. At this point I am glad I paid on Credit Card and I will have no choice but call mg credit card company.
