Overall a good company
The company is great, packaging was great and delivery was smooth. Personally I wasn’t a fan of the taste but the concept of creating high protein snacks is great as there aren’t enough on the market. Hopefully in time this can be tweaked to be improved.

Tasty but expensive
Slow delivery, products were hard to eat eg cookie in a pot that filled pot entirely and wouldn’t break with a spoon. Three items for £17 is expensive. Tasty nonetheless but more viable options for protein at better price points.

Hey Andrew, sorry it's taken longer than you expected to be delivered. As mentioned in our email to you...We are a small business with a one man production team and all our orders are handmade and baked fresh to order every week (which is why we quote 7-9 working days from order to delivery on our website). Usually it much quicker than this, but with additional time required for cooling in this week's heat - your order took 6 days to arrive which we know can be a long time to wait.
We recommend leaving our cookie dough tubs at room temp before eating or warming in the microwave to melt the chocolate topping layer first. We will take your feedback on board and look to reduce the topping layer to make it easier to dive into with a spoon!
As for the price point, we use the highest quality protein and ingredients some of which are organic and locally sourced. We won't be able to compete with larger factory companies just yet when it comes to price, but we believe quality ingredients, made by hand, with no additives and preservatives is what sets us apart. In the future we will do everything we can to scale up and make our products more cost effective, but we never want to sacrifice that quality. We hope you will give us another go in the future.

I’ll be honest, I looked at these for a while with anticipation dreaming about these bc the hype was REAL on my insta… I really expected them to taste exactly like what’s advertised.
Finally gave in and ordered some of the cookie dough pots:
- double chocolate
- white chocolate bueno
- caramelised biscuit
I’m sorry to say I wasn’t overly impressed by any of the flavours 😭 they didn’t taste a thing like what was advertised and I tried the three I ordered in different ways to even give them a fair shot!
Absolutely gutted as well that it’s not more widely advertised that the ‘one serving’ they advertise at 250 ish cals is actually only half a tub 🫨🫣 of course I stupidly assumed that the one serving would be in the one tub 🙄 (why not do one serving tubs? I know my fat ass isn’t gonna share one of those lil things 😂🫣)
I do feel like they’re not very clear about this serving thing on the page as they always just mainly show people eating from the tub, post microwave or whatever…
It’s a shame as their marketing and the team seem lovely, but they’re not for me. I’ll stick with my Grande bars for a fraction of the cost, calories and a (in my opinion) better flavour.

We do in fact sell single serve tubs as well, but will work on making that more clear.
From previous feedback, displaying our 50g Protein Cookie dough tubs’ single serving nutritional info helps customers to compare to other brands such as Grenade - where we proudly excel in product protein/calorie ratio. As for our price points, the hand made and natural ingredient nature of Majic means our costs are higher than factory made bars. Therefore we competitively base our pricing off other similar online bakery outlets.
As a 2 man team we are trying constantly to improve our recipes. We value your feedback for the growth of Majic and hope we can welcome you back as a customer in the future.

I just wanted to assure you that we dispatch orders as soon as possible - and due to the freshly made nature of the products it may take a little bit extra than some other companies. There are only 2 of us at the business, so we are doing the best we can and are trying to speed this up as quickly as possible.
Due to the restock nature of the website occurring in the evenings, we also can’t despatch anything on the same day and have recently experienced some delays with our carrier DPD, which led to a few orders being later than usual on the week of your last order.
