I’m extremely disappointed with Majesty Coffee’s handling of my order. My return request was denied simply because it fell outside their 30-day window—even though the situation wasn’t that straightforward. There was no effort to understand the circumstances or offer a reasonable solution.
For a company selling premium equipment, I expected a higher level of customer service and flexibility. Instead, the response felt rigid and dismissive. When you’re spending serious money, you should feel supported after the purchase—not shut down over policy technicalities.
I would strongly caution others: make absolutely sure you’re 100% satisfied immediately, because if anything comes up even slightly outside their return window, you may be stuck with no real options.
Overall, very frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected.
