I wish I looked at Truspilot reviews before buying anything from this BS business. This is a SCAM!! Do not buy from them. They falsely advertise a real leather and then after long delays not only send a completely wrong order, but they also send a fake plastic PU crap and then vanish! @Trustpilot I strongly suggest that you look into this company as they show very high praise from Trustpilot on their site thus misrepresenting your qualification and legitimacy as well!

I ordered two leather bags in the 35 cm in black and brown. I received two size 30cm bags. One was orange and the other black. I did not order orange. The bags were clearly made of PU and low quality. I immediately sent and email to customer service which doesn’t seem to even exist. Never got a response. Do not order from them!

Do not buy from this company. They are late delivering the order and then sent a completely different bag. I ordered a large tote bag in premium leather, i got a tiny Mini Kelly PU fake rip off. They have a good returns policy, however they then say they are unable to refund or exchange and offer 15% then 20% discount instead. They delete reviews and comments on their social media post. It is clear from their reviews that they do this ALL the time. They claim their Trustpilot score is Excellent 5 Stars based on +2550 reviews. As you can see that is a blatant lie. I begrudged to even give 1 star

It’s a scam! Never received my order or any response on my querying for that matter. I wonder how do they even advertise on Social Media. Why don’t the platforms ban them????

SCAM.SCAM SCAM. Do not order from this so called company.I have emailed them several times .and they haven’t got back to me. The best thing is to ring your bank .these people need to be taken off social media .

Very poor quality, broken leather, not responsive to emails at all. Purchased the large bag but received a little doll purse instead! The business is not even redounding to my emails.

SCAM!! SCAM!! DO NOT buy from this company. They are showing one bag online and sending mini plastic versions instead. I have sent numerous emails for a refund and not one has been answered. They have also taken down honest reviews of their products which contain pictures of what they are really sending from their website.

Bad expirience!! I receive my 2 bags after 1 MONTH….and 1 bag is completely wrong, it is not what I’ve ordered. The assistance seems it doesn't exist because I don’t receive yet a feedback, after 3 mails sent.
Plus,the bags are not genuine leather…it’s plastic girls!!!! They are not so refined as they want to describe in videos. Additionally THE BAGS COME FROM CHINA…the tracking that you’ll have is from China!!

If I could give less than one star I would. After nearly a month. Received two correct things I ordered although they were smaller than I expected, these are at least usable, then instead of the Soho Totes (the ones I really wanted) I received two tiny plastic purses that won’t hold my phone and keys. I don’t carry plastic purses. And I definitely don’t carry tiny purses.
Should have read reviews first, that’s on me, but the two little purses didn’t even look like mini versions of the ones I ordered, they were a completely different style. Cant even chalk it up to “oh crap, I got the wrong size” they just blatantly, “we see your order, but GFY, we are sending whatever and ghosting you.” What a shame.
What amazes me is that they have the absolute balls to keep emailing me coupons for my next order.

Do not deal with this website – they are scammers.
I ordered a bag, they took the payment immediately, but I never received my order. It’s been a long time, there is no information about shipping, and they never provided any tracking number.
It is impossible to contact them:
• they don’t reply to messages,
• no response to emails,
• no one answers through any of the contact details they provide.
It really feels like this website just takes people’s money and disappears.
Be careful and don’t make the same mistake I did – do not order anything from them.

Received incorrect order after 3 weeks of placing the order. Placed the order for 2 large bags and received one incorrect product with smallest size and the other one being smaller from what I paid for. Waste of money and time.

This company need to be taken out of business all of the other reviews are true! Complete scam dis not send me what I ordered got a small very cheap bag immediately called my bank to dispute the charges after reading the reviews and that’s shame on me, lesson learned.

As soon as you make a purchase, a false tracking number is issued (even though the product has not been shipped), making it impossible to cancel. Even if you contact the help desk after making a purchase, you will not receive a reply and it is impossible to contact them. The company owner is hidden, and it is unclear who is responsible.

I reported this account to Instagram as a scam, but to my surprise, they determined it wasn't. If you've been a victim of a scam, please report it on Instagram.

DON’T BUY HERE, IT’S FRAUDE!!! They advertise a big leather Birkin style bag and all you receive is a cheap plastic miniature bag, not even a look-a-like. Shame on Shop for letting scammers sell on their platform!!
