I ordered some trainers from this company. I agreed to pay £36.00.
The trainers arrived after a month of waiting. I did contact the company and was asked to be patient.
When the shoes arrived they were far to small and narrow. They were of poor quality with no eyelets for the laces.
I wrote asking to return them. I was offered discounts on other goods.i refused and was finally given an address in China. I refused to pay this postage. Maison de Laurent gave me a £10 refund. I am left with shoes that I will give to charity and £26.00 worse off.
I would advise caution buying from this company.

I ordered a dress, the smallest available size S (even if my usual size is M) and it is as too big on me (and the quality also not good). When I asked where I can find return policy on website, the company never answered to this question (4 times asked through email). On top, they propose to refund 25% of value of the dress or buy a new article (which does not make sense as the smallest size is too big for me) with 50% discount --> so I lose 100% of cost of dress I paid + I have to pay for new article. When asked if they consider it is faire, the company never replied. I will not recommend to anyone to order with at maisonlauren.
