Fast and easy resolution when I received the wrong item which is much appreciated as i'm close to my due date. I will happily shop here again.
Only buy if you don't need their help
Two stars for having a nice selection of goods for kids. The second you need anything from them, however, their customer service disappears. They were 5 days late prepping my order for shipping. No biggie. I reach out and say "please ship 2-day so I still get it in time." Crickets. For 5 more days. By the time they responded, the item had been shipped regular mail and would be too late to be useful for me. They apologized and asked if there's anything they could do. I say, disappointing but fine, I'll just return. Then I get the item and they say they won't allow a return on it because it's final sale. So I remind them of their "anything we can do" offer from earlier and they ghost. Literally no response. I ask again, "You're really not going to help me?" Silence. So they're late on everything and now I'm out $150. I'm dying to not use Amazon but this kind of experience makes it really hard to support a place like Maisonette. They're all cute and sweet until you need something, then they're nowhere to be found.
Horrible Customer Service
I returned two pairs of shoes over two months ago. Their site states that they have received the shoes and are processing the return. It has been over two months and I have not received a refund. They do not have a current phone number. They do not respond to emails. I will never purchase from them again.
They don't care about the customer
If only I could give lower. Shop small and with a company that actually cares enough about its customers to have a phone number. Find the items you want somewhere else - even Amazon would provide better customer service.

This company does not respond to…
This company does not respond to customer service emails. I ordered a locker. I received half of the parts in a box and never received the other half. They will not respond to my email inquiries for when I can expect the rest of the locker. There is no phone number on their website to call. I spoke to my credit card company about blocking the charge. I personally wouldn’t buy anything from Maisonette again.

I received an expensive gift
I received an expensive gift, however it was defective, they barely respond and I want to return it. They are offering to send a part but i want nothing to do with that, I'm not taking apart a whole gokart in hopes it may work. I'm extremely upset with this company and the "vendor" they use, they should work on filtering out these vendors and do right by the customers
Where are our refunds?
I'm having a similar experience as others on this site. They received my timely return on December 30 and have not issued a refund and will not respond to my emails.
Can't get a refund
I returned a Xmas gift for refund and it was received by Maisonette on Jan 7. I tried multiple emails asking about a refund without a single reply. The phone number doesn't work either. No way to contact them. They have ghosted me.
Replaced product that arrived with defect, zero hassle!
Received a defective Banwood Scooter that was a Christmas gift I had purchased for my son. Was impressed with how both Maisonette and Banwood handled my issue. I sent a video of the issue and they responded that they would replace the item. I have not received yet but was happy that the resolved quickly and easily.

Ordered 2 items as Christmas gifts
Ordered 2 items as Christmas gifts. One arrived before the estimated date. The other arrived after Christmas which was fine as it was indicated on order however it arrived after the date indicated. Probably a UPS issue.
Maisonette did respond to my delivery issue and both items are lovely.

If I could give negative stars I would! This company is a SCAM- they processed my payment of $521.46 for a crib and then never sent it. They ignore my emails and there is no number to call for help with getting a refund. I looked into their practices and apparently they ship from the manufacturer, well the manufacturer of the crib I ordered, Babyletto, states on their website that they do not ship to Hawaii where I live! Maisonette processed my payment for an item that cannot be sent to where I live and ignores my request for a refund. Terrible and fraudulent business.
Update: After reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and a couple more vague emails of them “looking into things” they finally processed my refund. It was a headache and stressful, not what I wanted to deal with while pregnant and about to have a baby. I recommend avoiding this business.

First time shopping at Maisonette. My daughters loved all the various items ordered from umbrellas to stickers and crafts to jewelry boxes. One item was lost by the shipper and Maisonette immediately addressed the issue. Great company.
