Great Store. The assortment is more than you can ask for. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the kids never want to leave... The quality of the clothing and brands they carry are top notch - Rylee & Cru, Barefoot Dreams, Magnetic Me, Native, Enewton, Jellycat... I could go on and on. The selection was so fun - I couldn't decide what I wanted to get as a gift, I could have bought 5 different gifts but the staff helped narrow it down and then wrapped my gift complimentary. They also sell Baby Gear and saw them working hand in hand with an expecting couple working through what works best for them and their lifestyle. Such a special place and store and we are so lucky to have this in our community.

Great service and fast shipping. I was in need of a car seat for a vacation and Mason Baby did not disappoint. Because we purchased the seat from them they even scheduled a complimentary car seat check to ensure it was installed properly. Outstanding!

Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Terrible quality clothes. Purchased 3 items, all of which were exceptionally cheap made and thin, made in china clothes. When I wanted to make a return, 2 days after delivery, they claim the items are part of their “holiday” line even though they look nothing like holiday clothing and refused a return. They do this to avoid accepting returns and giving people their money back for being unhappy with the quality. If you like very cheap, thin baby clothes then this is your store! But buyer beware they have terrible customer service and refuse to stand behind their products.
