I feel like such a fool !
I ordered from Maintotal and my experience is the same as all the other reviews here. I followed my product from Belgium to Edinburg, then on to Middlesbrough. And today I have a message to say delivery attempted. I’m at home and I have not had a delivery attempted. I am normally on the ball when it comes to dodgy sites. I even emailed the company before I placed the order and I got a friendly email back, So I stupidly ordered. But now my emails are just bouncing back. Luckily I paid with a credit card so I will get the money back. I’ve learnt my lesson now. Avoid Maintotal at all costs, it is definitely a scam !

I too am in exactly the same position as the other contributors, ordered early October and had a wealth of tracking information from Belgium all false and emails chasing delivery all bounced back as undeliverable. Don’t deal with this company they are fake. I have asked my credit card company for a section 75 refund.

As with everybody else I can say exactly the same virtually word for word.
At least the tracking is showing 2 failed delivery attempts but as I have cameras i know this a lie, no card left to inform me of the failure, parcel is now on hold awaiting recipient’s instructions. Total joke as I do not know which courier company is holding the parcel.
On the plus side my credit card company has refunded me straight away.

Get onto your bank if you have dealt with them.

Ordered from Maintotal and my order has never arrived. Tracking showed the parcel in Belgium and now appears stuck in Edinburgh. The email address on the website bounces back, so I cannot contact them.

Companies House lists ASH TRADING LTD (14358946). Director details on Companies House with an address but cannot find a phone number or email that works.

I've reported my concerns to my bank.

I strongly advise others to be cautious and do not order from this website.

Do not use this site

Product ordered 12th October 26 received a response to email 13 October 26 and then a whole series of email Miles tracking on COCHZ delivery. However, No site of the item after three weeks. Email them today 27 October 26 and receive it could not deliver response.

Have read the very helpful reviews below and concur 100% that this is likely a fake scam company. Thankfully having paid via a credit card, money returned.

As per all the other reviews, this is a scam website along with scam courier company!
From reading all other reviews, they are giving out the same tracking details for everybody's order ( including mine).
Website & courier website (cochz.com) seem to randomly go offline coincidentally at the same time.
Emails bounce back as undelivered.
Avoid purchasing from here as you won't receive your order. Going through bank for refund!

It's a scam site; exactly the same experience as the other reviews here; a ridiculous series of shipping updates from "cochz" that make zero sense; no b replies to emails etc. Site seems legit at point of ordering, uses what looks like reputable payment service etc... DON'T BE FOOLED, IT'S A SCAM SITE AND I'M NOW HAVING TO GO THROUGH THE CREDIT CARD CLAIM PROCESS FOR REFUND.

Waited 3 weeks for the anticipated delivery and watched the COCHZ.com tracker sending the item from Belgium to Edinburgh to Glasgow to Newcastle to Middlesborough
Have been unable to contact maintotal.com or cochz.com email addresses to get a delivery update - all addresses bounce as invalid.

Total scam. In the same boat as previous reviewers. Got an initial response to first chase up. Now all emails just get bounced back saying email address unknown. Credit card co now refunding money no questions asked.

I can confirm this site is a total scam. Very well known and im in the same position as the other 2 reviews. My item has been in edinburgh for a good few days now currently saying its at the intermediate transhipment point which is a major flag its a scam (just a google away) Initially the company were responding to emails. Now when I email it cant get delivered and ive tried on MULTIPLE emails on their site. Ive already raised a dispute with my cr card company. I suggest everyone does the same. Absolute scumbags! I guess if its too good to be true in normally is!

As other reviews delivery taking an age. Taking no chances, Already contacted bank who believe Maintotal are scam artists. Will be recovering money with the help of the bank. Kept all failed messages and screenshots. I would recommend paying more and buy local.

Edited 31/10/2026:
After 3 weeks of no progress and no response from the company or its shipper (COCHZ), I tried emailing again. Today both the company and its shipper's email addresses are showing as unreachable (error 550).
Looking at Trustpilot I can now see other people are suffering and I am convinced this is a scam site. I've called my credit card company to get a refund.
For those interested, Companies House shows that the company behind MainTotal has no assets to speak of and no reported turnover (it's a micro-company in their terms). That would be impossible if it was doing any meaningful trade at all.
The director is listed as Muhammad SAQIB (Pakistani) with an address of 30 Greenlea Court, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, HD5 8QA (same as the company). He is now a month overdue with his identity confirmation to Companies House. I'd expect the company to vanish in the near future.

Originally I said (as a 3 star review):
Ordering was reasonably straightforward. But after nearly 3 weeks we are still waiting for delivery.
The tracking information indicates that the goods started in Antwerp in Belgium (I thought this was a British company?) and is at this moment in Edinburgh going through Customs clearance.
I have contacted both the seller and the freight company asking for an expected delivery date but have not heard back from either despite waiting a couple of days.
As we live in Southern England, the package in Edinburgh is now further away from us that when it started in Antwerp.
I will try to update this review either up or down when and if the parcel arrives. If it hasn't arrived after a few more days I will be cancelling and seeking a refund.
