Cannot recommend or support this provider -“Maintenancefree”

I cannot recommend or support this provider - Work is not good composite deck completed by Maintenancefree” it completely rotted from underneath the soil area was never treated with PVC lining and graveling.

I was told this is what will be done by the company managing director Mr. Walsh to protect it over the the Grass area - only to find out this was NOT done when deck was being installed once my deck started to rot and sink as of this year it was laid on bare soil unprotected or properly supported.

I see now “Maintenancefree” (Walsh PVC) still have a photo of my property on their web site as previous high stand work completed this is not the correct situation. (Photos Provided if necessary)
