I signed up with you as custodian for my IRA. Then you change your policy concerning registering my shares.I geuss you got too much pushback for more powerful concerns. I made a mistake by going with you.I would have rated you Zero stars. Then I was forced to pay you for nothing

Mainstar is far and above any similar service available. They were able to solve issues that others had been "looking into" or in two other cases, just ignoring for YEARS. Their guidance was simple, their effort untiring and results are far beyond expectations

I called customer service for assistance with my issue, they answered the call with minimal wait time and walked me through the forms.

The transfer of my account to your service was poorly managed. Incomplete piece meal requests were sent and it was incumbent on me to provide various information that should have been demanded of the prior financial service firm.

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service on the phone.

waste of time and money from this rink a dink company. they UN-direct registered my GME shares. direct registering my GME shares was the ONLY reason i payed mainstar trust for their services. they are not to be trusted. they are in the pockets of big banks.

Simple to set up account and maneuver, feel secure with system.

I truly appreciate the ease in which I was able to move my 401(k) funds from Fidelity over to Mainstar without any issues. Mainstar remained in constant communication with my financial planners and was able to articulate what steps needed to be taken in order to get the transaction to go through smoothly.

Having recently transferred my IRA to Mainstar Trust which included several different documents I had to fill out and get sent back to them via email, the patience and help I’ve received from the Customer Service Department of Mainstar has been exceptionally superb!

So far so good. Very courteous customer service and knew answer to my questions about IRA dist. Afterwards r rolling into from 401K

Its your money ... Remove immediately out of these crooks hands.
