I was looking for a custodian for one…
I was looking for a custodian for one of my client's investments and having difficulty with rules and unhelpful agents at other institutions. I was given Mainstar's name as one to try. The atmosphere was completely different. I was understood as to what I wanted and was told the forms I needed and the procedure to follow. It was handled well and my clients were satisfied. You deserved the five stars!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online service
I called in and asked for help.
The lady on the phone was unable to complete my login.She transfer me to voicemail and they never responded.
This was in May. I still have never accessed my account at all.what is wrong with your service?This is a terrible experience.

DIGITAL SIGNATURES
Our world today is going almost fully electronic. When we in the field need to process forms for a purchase through your custodianship, we can certainly use your process for online/digital signature. BUT, when I have to include docs from my BD, another Custodian, a sponsors application, or some other document, then using yours becomes useless. PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE BEGIN TO ACCEPT ADOBE SIGN OR DOCUSIGN OR BOTH!!!!!!!!! I cannot begin to explain how much easier it is to use one program where i can load my needed docs, identify where signatures/initials are required, forward to all necessary parties, and finally get them back where they are unalterable. Every other custodian or offering I deal with is accepting these and yet you are not. PLEASE CHANGE WITH THE TIMES>

We have already provided our forms and are just awaiting Altigo to implement in first quarter 2021. 2) We are also implmenting AIX which is a solution similar to Altigo. This solution will be implemented during first quarter 2021 as well. 3) We are making additional forms on our website Docusign eligible. This project will be completed during the first half of 2021.
