Took 9 days to deliver a rug a four hour drive away. Cost $300. Lied repeatedly about arrangements to deliver.

I want to offer my thanks and gratitude…
I want to offer my thanks and gratitude to mainfreight staff, who went well beyond the 11th mile to get a fridge and washer to me today. Thank you very much.
The delivery was going well until they…
The delivery was going well until they drove out the gate and didn't stop to close it. Staff should know that if you have to open a gate then it needs to be closed on the way out. It's common courtesy!!!!
Really poor
Really poor. No update why item is late. Then they will reschedule for how many times. No calls no info. Really poor service but drivers are friendly. Happened to me twice. Which is BS
Not recommended
I booked 2 pallets from breda to austria. They picked it up on monday and said they will deliver it on Wednesday but that didnt happen. I called them 3 times they said they'll call me back i never received a call back. And today I called them again on friday. They said it will be delivered on monday. They dont help people properly. Lots of delays. Definitely not recommended. Even 1 star is a lot for them!!
Drivers are friendly but claims dept is horrible
We've been a client for years. Drivers are friendly and the warehouse team is proactive, however, the claims department accepts no responsibility when they or their subcontractors damage your goods. Even when CCTV images show the damage did not happen at your own warehouse and the pallet was in perfect condition when it left, they say you have to prove the damage happened while the pallet was in their possession. And despite CMR terms allowing for hidden damage claims, they will not accept the claim if the damage is not written down on the POD - which is impossible in the case of hidden damage. Terrible experience with the Genk Claims team and getting worse.
