Beware of Mailster’s Support and Reliability Issues
I want to share a recent experience my friend had with Mailster, a WordPress email marketing plugin. Unfortunately, their experience was far from satisfactory. After purchasing Mailster, my friend encountered persistent errors that could not be resolved despite multiple attempts to get help from Mailster’s support team. Their support was unresponsive and instead of addressing the issue, they deflected blame to other providers.
After discovering that the issue was indeed with Mailster and not the other providers, my friend’s frustration grew as the problem remained unresolved. They found similar complaints from other users and decided to switch to an alternative provider. However, the situation worsened when Mailster allegedly retaliated by hacking my friend’s client website, which is a serious concern.
Given this experience, I urge others to be cautious when considering Mailster. It’s crucial to research thoroughly and consider other options if you value responsive support and reliable service.
