The frags I recieved were well packed and protected and including a heat pack. They arrived on the specified day.
The frags are very small not even covering the top of the frag plug, hence 4 nit 5 stars. However, all but one of the 6 were bought on sale at decent prices so no real complaints.
The quality of the corals I received was only worsened by the appalling and rude cusomter service I received. They use fake images on their site, and send out dull, brown corals. Awful.
Amazing communication order a few lps and some soft coral arrived as planned and on time . Couldn't be happier. Coral all happy open and settled now
What a Pleasant suprise,
I paid £109 for 3 tiny frags from my local reef store, I thought they were very pricey so I ordered 2 large Goniopora corals for £57 from MailorderCorals.com
After some email problems, Donna the lady who sorted the problem out my order was delivered on time and very well packaged.
When I unpacked them I was really amazed with the 2 large Gonioporas I received, they were true to the picture on there website and look very healthy
Very happy will defo use them again
Bought some small mix pack of zoas, what I received was baby polyps and really small and nothing vibrant.
Also bought Goniopora coral which was £35 and once again baby polyps even though advert said 15 polyps and I got more the quality was not there…
If you want first time buying corals online and last time, at least at your local shop you see what you buying.. customer service was good but after spending £90 I was a little disappointed…
If you want more coral plug than coral than this would be the place
