I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent purchase of a Maidenform Comfort Devotion bra. Unfortunately, I had to return the item due to a noticeable decline in quality.

The hook-and-eye closure has changed significantly... it is now long, bulky, and has scratchy edges that make the bra uncomfortable to wear. It is completely different to their previous versions of this same bra.

The bra over the years has gone down in quality so much, and this is the final straw for me. I cannot wear something so poorly made and scratchy.

I would honestly pay double the price for a good quality bra. Stop trying to cut corners to save money. When you make a good product, people will continue to buy it, even if the price goes up. People want what they want and are willing to pay for something that isn't junk.

I made an order in the evening and after placing the order I realized it was wrong. I was unable to change it or cancel it. I called 1st thing in the morning and was told that I needed to cancel order within 30 minutes of placing the order. I explained that I did attempt to cancel but was not allowed. I was then told that I should have placed the order during working hours. The customer representative stated she was a supervisor. She was one of the rudest customer service representatives that I have dealt with. I will call my credit card company to dispute.

Listing items and making order only to be told the items are all sold out? Why list them then? Very frustrating and disappointing.

Bought 3 or 4 pair maidenform boy short underwear about a few months ago, they all have fallen apart in the seams.. I love Kohl's, but will not purchase any more maidenform underwear...

I ordered three bras during a Maidenform sale and was so glad to finally find the style I’d been hunting down at JCPenney. I checked out, got my confirmation email, and even told my husband how excited I was to finally have them on the way.

Then, not long after, I got another email saying my whole order was canceled because the items weren’t available. Kind of a letdown, but I figured I’d just look elsewhere.

A few days later, though, I got an email saying my order had shipped — which totally threw me off. How could it ship if it was canceled? After digging around, I realized I somehow had two different order numbers for the same purchase. Since I didn’t make an account with Maidenform, I couldn’t log in to see what was going on. Honestly, I usually like to test a company before adding yet another online account to my list.

What makes it trickier is there’s not really an easy way to reach them without calling. I prefer email or chat, but those options just aren’t there. Even the “check your order status” and “cancel order” links lead to a 404 page. Pretty frustrating.

At this point, I’ve decided I’ll just return the bras as soon as they get here. I’ll be ready with the return slip once the package shows up.

Update: I sent my package back, waited for the company to receive it, and got an email stating that "we’ve received & completed your return. You should have received a confirmation email with your refunded total". It also states that it is supposed to take up to 10 business days for the refund to process. Problem, I never got the confirmation email with a refunded total. Two days later I'm still waiting.

Second Update: It's now September 29th. I had to call to get my refund moving. And just like that, it was instant. So this company will hold your refund if you say nothing....

I probably shouldn’t complain as I received a second duplicate order over a year after my initial order (FREE). My first order was 3 bras and they sent me 2 of the 3. Then emailed me to let me know that the this was no longer in stock and I wouldn’t be charged.

What kind of business can’t keep track of orders. Why do they still have my information over a year after my order?!

I have purchased Maidenform bras for the last 30 years. I will no longer buy them as they supported Project 2025 which will strip the rights of women

I purchased 5 new Maidenform bras at black friday. I couldn't believe how low their quality has become. I wore one bra for 1 hour and noticed a cut underneath my breast that was bleeding. What the hell happened to this brand? I will Never again buy Maidenform crap again!!, I'm done with them..

I have photos of what the bra did to my back and it's horrible. I will bare these scars for the rest of my life.

They have runs in the underwear after wear 2 times

I have been wearing Maidenform bras forever. I have a draw full of every color (be happy to send a picture). Over the last couple of years I have thrown away more than 6 bras because the underwire breaks in half and I cant get it out or have it fixed. I also noticed the underwire doesnt stay in place and starts poking out at the sides. I really loved these bras. Maybe you have a new manufacturer but I am going broke buying these. Most often I purchase at Kohls or direct website. I also wash on delicate, seperately and hang dry. Any help will be appreciated.The style is Maidenform Everyday Modern Demi

The worst and the most uncomfortable bra I have ever bought. I can’t even bend over to pick up something from the floor without my boobs coming out of the “bra”. The band will curl up making the entire situation even more annoying. I can’t wait to get home and take out and toss it to the trash. Totally disappointed

Maidenform bras can be very comfortable and I've been buying them for years. I have sensitive skin and they don't itch, and the fit is pretty decent however, they have a BIG issue with the underwire coming out. I have several new bras and the underwires are all coming out and poking me and they've barely been worn. Some are coming out from the front and some from under the arm. I'm going to think twice before making a future purchase. They just need to figure out a way to reinforce the stitching in those areas. I think the competition is going to get my future business. Maidenform needs to figure it out before losing more business.

Although the prices are great and the merchandise is good getting a refund is awful. I returned an Item on April 4, 2022, I am still waiting for a refund. I called today, June 5, I was placed on hold, then told they would issue the refund today and I SHOULD see it in 3-5 business days. Last time I call they said I should have the refund by May 22. This is time consuming and frustrating to keep following up. I will not order from the again.

Absolutely the WORST quality of underwear I have ever purchased. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. EVERY single panty I bought ended up ripping after wearing them once or washing them. They are so poorly made and definitely NOT worth the price. Stay away..

Placed my first order with Maidenform for multiple pair of underwear. My first HUGE issue is each of the 7 pair of underwear in my order came in separate plastic bags twice the size of the underwear in them, then in a massive plastic shipping bag 10 times the size needed AND each pair on their own plastic hanger. Seriously? Such an excessive, unwarranted use of plastic! 6 of the 7 pair are ok. Not super soft, but they also weren't super expensive. One pair is horribly scratchy and stiff feeling. It's odd because I got 3 pair of that same style and only one pair feels like this. And the whole pile smells terribly, so much so that it started hurting my throat and turning my stomach. Maidenform is definitely doing their part to kill our environment and give their customers Cancer from the toxins used in their products. Super gross!! Returned, never buying their products again and will spread the word as much as possible.

I ordered from their website as I no longer trust Amazon for quality undergarments. The package arrived with no packing slip or invoice, nor did I get an email receipt of my order. Ended up having to call their CS as the website login doesn't work. I won't be ordering again.
