I booked a complimentary consultation, which I appreciated, and made the effort to attend. I arrived late (11:45 for an 11:30 appointment) and apologized. Even so, I was kept waiting with no explanation. When I asked at 12:05 how long I might wait, there was still no clarity. I left at 12:16. My slot wasn’t protected, and the dentist saw other patients during my time.
In the weeks leading up to the appointment, the practice repeatedly emailed and texted asking if I would attend. I confirmed a week before, but still received a few reminders. Very frustrating and unprofessional, especially since I did turn up and Dr Pedro Guiterres didn’t see me.

My long search for an excellent Dental Practice was over after I went to see Dr Benedict Harrison at the Maida SmilesClinic.
His calm, friendly and professional manner put me at ease straight away. My extensive treatment was explained thoroughly, his attention to detail is second to none.
The clinic is ultramodern and spotlessly clean.
All the nurses and admin staff are true professionals.
Hala, the hygienist, was excellent.
I would highly recommend this clinic and have already done to my friends.

Thought I had a serious dental problem that was going to cost me £thousands to fix and involving several trips to the dentist. My appointment was with Ben, who was amazing. He explained everything and assured me the problem was no where near as bad as I thought. There are many dentists out there that would have seen me as an opportunity to make lots of money…this isn’t one of them! My other concern was having a 6 hour round trip that I would be told the first appointment was for preliminary examination and then they would make me another appointment to fix the problem, something other dentists have done in the past... That didn’t happen either! I was seen and had the problem rectified in that first appointment! From the friendliness of the reception staff to the professionalism of the dentist, Ben..I cannot fault the service..I am more than happy to make the journey for the sake of such good honest dental care. Highly recommended. I will be going back when I need further treatment.

Fantastic dentist. I drove two and half hours to come here on a Saturday as an implant had come loose just before I was due to leave on a business trip. They fitted me in even though I called quite late in the day and fixed the problem promptly and at far lower cost than I had paid for similar services locally. Very good facilities and friendly, efficient dentists. I would use regularly if I lived closer!

Dr Pedro spoke to me at length on the phone today re my experience today . I can say he genuinely cares about his client’s experience and works hard to make things that go wrong, right. As a result I’ve reinstated my cancelled appointment and will be going back.I’ve changed my one star review to five.
With someone who cares in charge, its unlikely problems are going to last very long.

Kept waiting today for 30 mins. Hygienist booked for 30-40mins £95. Appointment took 20mins. The practice manager states the appointment was 30mins despite my phone texts and call times proving otherwise. Lying to cover the fact you’re having a messed up day and trying to claw back time by shaving 10 mins off a customer’s clean is unacceptable as is waiting 30 mins. I won’t be booking again.

Dr Gutierres implant surgeon, with great care and advanced surgical techniques, restored my jaw heath. Result has made me feel comfortable and it has also improved my social confidence. Dr Gutierres is supported by most reliable & friendly staff. Thank you!

I had an implant carried out by Pedro – he is highly skilled an expert in his field and puts you at ease from the minute you walk through the door. His kind easy going manner leads to a great experience if that can be said about a visit to the dentist. I would highly recommend Pedro for any implant work. Dr Pedro was recommended by my dentist. He was kind, and caring and explained exactly what he was going to do and the reasons why he was doing what he was doing. I hate needles but managed my fear. He is a good conversationalist. He is gentle, firm and LOVES his job which results in the time and care he takes when dealing with a patient.

Going to the Dentist does not get any better than going to Maida Smiles. I had major work carried out by Pedro, which involved multi extractions and I have to say, it was almost a pleasure. Pedro and his staff are very knowledgeable in all aspects of Dentistry. They could not have been more understanding or informative during my lengthy treatment which spanned many visits. If, like me, you have had many bad experiences in the past and fear going to the Dentist, you need not fear no more. Maida Smiles is by far the best Dentists' I have ever been involved with (and I have been to many).

My two children (2 and 4 yrs) went to their first appts today and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr Souza was so kind and made them both feel so comfortable. She showed them the equipment and explained what would happen during the appt. Zero tears, no fear and can’t wait to go back. All around excellent!

Amazing treatment, they did everything in their power to make my treatment goes smooth and painless. All equipment are premium and Dr. Pedro technique is impeccable, definitely a go to when having to take care of your teeth.
