Haven’t shopped in a while, but overall quality of product and service was ideal, a great mix of branded items, far exceeding the value in which I paid for them, products do sometimes vary, but it’s incredibly rare, and usually for the better. 100% will be shopping there again at some point, thanks.

Have made purchases from this supplier on multiple occasions (starting in november 2024 )and am yet to be disappointed.

In comparison to other suppliers their grading is about as good as it gets. Have found multiple grails in every bundle I've purchased. Brought 10 carhartt detroit jackets and was happy to find multiple true vintage J001s & j97 MOS, PTL, DKBs making up over half the box, no fakes at all.

On the one occasion I did have an issue where part of my order wasn't sent, the problem was resolved promptly and I had a refund for those items within the week.

Pricing is reasonable, I like that tax is incuded in the price before checkout sparing any surprises. Only negative is the selection of stock can be fairly limited. I would like to see higher quantities and more variety in higher end items, but I understand why that may be easier said than done.

Ignore the negative reviews, I believe most of those people to be inexperienced with wholesalers and what to expect from reselling in general. Overall, I'd recommend this seller.

I recently purchased 50 Patagonia fleeces from this wholesale clothing company and I couldn’t be happier with my order. The quality of the items is absolutely excellent – exactly as described, with a premium feel that exceeded my expectations. Shipping was incredibly fast and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Communication was smooth throughout, and the whole process was hassle-free. I’m over the moon with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a few orders now from Maias vintage wholesale. All in all I’m happy with what’s arrived. I had 1 half of my order cancelled and another was a little late but otherwise all good. I like the fact it’s Grade A.

Bought from here a couple times and each time it’s been great. Super friendly communication, on time delivery and good stock. Will be purchasing again.

A class wholesaler! Used these guys since the start and their customer care is great! So is their stuff of course! Highly recommend.

Products are always on point and as described. Ordered from this company over 3 or 4 times and never had an issue with the items. Only down fall is you pay £10 for next day delivery and sometimes there is about 3 working day delays. But it’s not a massive issue as the products are always high quality

Bought a pro sport/usa 50 t-shirt bundle. I understand the photos supplied of items that "may" be included aren't the exact ones you will receive. They should remove the phrase pro sport as its misleading there were 3 out of 50. The shirts they sent were completely unsellable and completely different to what was shown and what I was expecting. A simple t shirt which said team leader on it and another that said camp leader were some of the funniest. Middleschool t shirts and about 3 college shirts, 80% were bright orange, 6 of them were 5XL, 4 of them were 4XL, I know Americans are large but this wasn't what I thought they meant with the USA part of the title. I tried emailing multiple times to no response, I saw a mobile number on the shipping label so took matters into my own hands, was told I bought the wrong bundle and should have bought the pro sport bundle? I bought a pro sport/usa bundle expecting pro sports from the US as shown in the pictures. Asked for a refund and was told I'd have to pay for shipping them back at which point I would have been £30 down when considering I paid for it to be shipped and was quoted £20 to ship it back. Their site has a returns link so I thought I would be okay but that leads to a 404 message. Just avoid them.

It weren't all bad in terms of service they shipped pretty quick and it came with a couple of days

I ordered premium branded shell jackets from Maiasvintagewhole sale the experience over all was great start to finish, when the parcel arrived I received 4 mis grades which is really low compared to previous suppliers. There was a slight delay in dispatching but communication was good throughout.

I was excited to restart my resale business using Maia’s as a wholesaler, based on their good reviews. I placed an order advertised as Grade A items, expecting clothing with no holes, stains, or major wear. Unfortunately, when the box arrived, several items were damaged, stained, or heavily worn, and many pieces were ex-high school/teamwear — not resellable at the suggested prices of £10–£25 per item.
I contacted Maia’s directly, hoping to resolve the issue constructively. At first, communication was excellent — they asked me to send images and even provided a shipping label to return the box, promising a refund. I returned the box (with a slight delay because the nearest drop-off point was 30 minutes away), and it was received on 8th August.
Since then, I have sent three emails and a WhatsApp message asking when my refund would be processed, but I have received no response at all. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I tried to give the company a chance to make things right before leaving public feedback.
I was really hoping for a long-term business relationship, but my trust is now gone. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience — poor quality, misleading product description, and unresponsive customer service.
Advice for potential buyers: Be very cautious. If items arrive damaged or not as advertised, you may struggle to get a refund or any meaningful communication.

EDIT- finally a response but I had to WhatsApp the owner of the business to find out I should receive my email by Monday.

Baffled by the professionalism of this company this was the message chain:

Maias vintage wholesale: I’m sorry but I do not deal with the emails.

Me: Are you not the owner of the business?

Maias vintage wholesale: I am indeed, our customer service team handle the emails as previously mentioned on the original request of returning the items.

Me: I understand that but I do not feel it is good enough for the business owner to simply pass off a complaint by saying “I do not deal with the emails” when I am giving you feedback that my emails have been ignored. I would never of needed to contact you again via email if your team were doing their job. I cannot believe the way that your business is run. I have had a look at Trustpilot and it’s a common theme.
Anyway, thank you for your response and I will check in again on Monday if my refund is not received.

So we shall see what happens on Monday 🙄

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a box of 50 ‘grade A’ Nike t shirts and I was sent a box of less than 50 American sports teams t shirts (which wasn’t what was advertised) Not only that, but the t shirts (that I didn’t ask for) were definitely not Grade A. Some had holes in, some had stains all down them and some had been shrunk. I’ve managed to pull out about 4 of them to sell on and ended up losing nearly £200 on the box as the rest is unsellable and again not what I ordered. I contacted the company by the contact us section on their website and also selecting it as being urgent as soon as I opened the box (over a week ago) and also messaged them on instagram and commented on their posts and they still have not got back to me at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

My daughter is just 15 years of age and naively purchased a box of what she thought would be “vintage” Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger items at a cost of £160 for 50 items. What she received was a box of old, tatty, dirty, stained and bobbled T-shirts and jumpers, some with holes in and the majority of the box is unfit for purpose, other than for donating to a clothing recycling Center. Certainly not fit for re-selling and certainly not Vintage. I’m awaiting confirmation that we can return for a full refund before the matter is escalated with trading standards and her bank. Furthermore, the company has had a compulsory strike off notice issued the month for non filing of accounts since incorporation in May 2024.

Counterfeit Goods and Awful Response Time
Ordered 2 lots of 50 pro sport jerseys on pre order. What arrived was only 1 lot of 50 which was majority kids clothes and fakes. Back and forth via email with a good few days response time to then be told I could have a part refund and the other 50 would be sent.
Another week passed. No refund and no other order. Now into week 3. I was told refund has been processed and my order would be posted the next day…. Another week passes…. No refund and no order. Finally get a response today saying both the part refund and the full order have been refunded. No proof. Nothing in my bank and just a generic email from them after almost 4 weeks to just cancel what I ordered over 2 months ago.

Has issues with Maia before with t shirts that were shocking quality. I even had funeral t shirts and in loving memory.

I won’t be using them again and I would advise others to be careful

You’ve replied to my review in less than an hour. Your responses to emails take days. More than your 48 hour claim. I’ve had to send emails with capital letter subjects urging a response.
You claimed to have sent the refund last week. You then also claimed to have sent the refund today.
You told me you would post my next item last week. You then told me you were refunding that order today. No explanation. No reason as to why it wasn’t posted 3 weeks ago when I was initially told and then again last week.
If you had been as responsive to emails as you are to reviews and explained why my order was cancelled then I wouldn’t be disgruntled

Ordered a box of 50 Lacoste shirts (#5556) for next day delivery. I received a notification from DPD that night to say they were expecting my order. It’s now 3 weeks later and nothing has changed.

I’ve emailed twice chasing up my order and only received auto responses. And I’ve sent a Facebook message that’s been left on read.

I really used to like Maia’s and have had some great orders from them in the past but I’m now done. If you don’t have the decency to at least reply to your customers with an update, you don’t deserve their custom. Next step for me is a chargeback through my bank.
