Lügen haben kurze Beine.

8. August 2023, 17:25 Uhr (18:35 Uhr verspätet), RGN-BKK, 8M350, Business Class:
Alles war grossartig, separate Check-in- und Immigrationsschalter für die Passkontrolle, das aufgegebene Gepäck konnte ich bis zum Zielflughafen in Europa durch checken.
ABER: Mir war am Morgen vor der Abreise aufgefallen, dass das Datum um einen Tag falsch war. Mein burmesischer Freund rief MAI an und fragte, ob sie den Flug umbuchen könnten. Die Dame am Telefon sagte, dass in der Business Class nur noch ein Sitzplatz frei und die Economy Class ausgebucht sei. Ich müsse zum Höchsttarif aufzahlen, damit ich diesen letzten Sitzplatz noch bekomme. Also habe ich 130,00 USD bezahlt. Die Überraschung dann im Flugzeug: Von den 8 Business-Class-Sitzen an Bord waren nur 3 belegt: 1A, 1B und 2A. Ich war der 4. Passagier auf 1F. Ich verurteile solche Geschäftspraktiken auf das Schärfste. Das ist reine Abzockerei! Daher kann ich MAI leider nicht empfehlen.
