Didn't get shipping documentation right. Twice!
Absolutely gutted! I received a refund but I wanted to get the item I ordered!
Twice the item I ordered was sent back from DPD to Maha because Maha didn't get the documentation right.
I kept the customer service informed about the issue but they didn't do anything to get things right. This happened twice.
So, sorry but this is really unprofessionell.
