Absolutely gutted! I received a refund but I wanted to get the item I ordered!
Twice the item I ordered was sent back from DPD to Maha because Maha didn't get the documentation right.
I kept the customer service informed about the issue but they didn't do anything to get things right. This happened twice.
So, sorry but this is really unprofessionell.
UPDATE
Maha customer service got in touch with me immediately after this review about the issue. They said they never received the email I sent and provided me with a free return label. I still haven’t received a refund, but hey, thank you for your prompt response in resolving the issue.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from their webshop last week. The item has arrived, and the shipping was fast. Unfortunately, the sneakers didn't have the original tags attached, and the soles and profile showed signs of wear. It was also not listed as a sale item, so I paid the full price. I documented the issue and got in touch with their customer support immediately. A week has passed, and I haven't heard any news from them. I will send the sneakers back, but I have to pay for shipping, and I am disappointed with the lack of communication and care for the product and their customers.
