Ordered a Barbour jacket. Cheaper than anywhere else by £50. Came in a couple of days and then used the saved money to buy the liner. All communication with company promptly answered. Will be using again.

Misleading discount for all new customers.
Having signed up as a new customer and joining their mailing list, I ordered a pair of HollandCooper shoes.
Despite trying several times to enter the 10% discount code sent by Griggs, it came up as invalid.
I ordered the full price shoes anyway as they were to be a gift.
On reading the T&C’s i could not see a reason for the decline. I contacted Griggs who informed me that the new customer discount did not apply to all their brands and apologised for the omission in the T&C’s.
Not good business practice.
Must admit though, fastest delivery!

I ordered a jacket on line and paid on my card. After two hours I was contacted to say it wasn’t in stock but on line it was showing “in stock”. They put through a standard refund taking up to 5 working days, thus not enabling to purchase the jacket elsewhere. Disgusting service. Why say it’s in stock when it isn’t…

Placed my order - Two days later having received no further update, emails, information, dispatch? nothing. I had to contact them to check what was happening? I received a reply “ I will chase this with the warehouse for you to see what I can find out”

FIVE days later.. no further update? No reply? Still no dispatch? What happened to chasing it up? The only further contact I received? When I again emailed them to complain and cancel my order.

Excuses given? everything from Staff shortages, server outages, can’t locate stock, miscommunication between teams…. absolutely useless.
- Best part is they’d still not managed to dispatched any of my order.

Worst service I’ve received from any company online. Useless people, can’t even do the bare minimum.

- Oh thank you, I should be grateful. Yes you have now provided me with a refund… after I had to contact you again to cancel my order because you can’t complete simple tasks. Well done 👍🏻

Great service great product and great price arrived super quickly very satisfied

This is the second pair of Hunters wellingtons I have bought.Through no fault whatsoever of Griggs, after a year they started to leak . Apparently there have been other complaints about these wellingtons but I find them comfortable and not too heavy for dog walking. Without any hesitation, Griggs offered to replace or refund the faulty pair. I opted for a replacement which came very quickly. Would that more firms could be as helpful and efficient as Griggs.

Bought a pair of Barbour Wellingtons from them, less than two years and they have a seam that has come apart, will not repair them for me or arrange refund or partial refund under the consumer rights act - terrible post sale customer service

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Ordered a Barbour scarf set that unfortunately arrived with a little pull in the hat. Contacted customer services who replaced with no issue. Very helpful and great communication. Speedy delivery. Will definitely use again and 100% recommend. Thanks again!

Absolutely fabulous experience. First time customer at Griggs, I even checked on Trust Pilot before buying. My Joules Dressing Gown was £15 less than the Joules site. I was reassured by the reviews on here, so I went ahead and bought. Item was dispatched the next morning, arrived 2 days later by royal mail. My dressing gown was in perfect condition, correct size and clearly brand new. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ordered barbour ogston wax. The item got dispatched the same day. Got my item 2 days later and it is absolutely beautiful and a fantastic price. I will definitely be ordering more from this company.

I recently ordered a Coat from Griggs, which arrived very quickly. There was a slight issue regarding the order caused at the warehouse.
I contacted the store by phone, and was helped immediately by a female called 'Tuesday'?
I was later contacted by phone and spoke to another store member, however I didn't ask for her name, and she also was very helpful.
They arranged for the original coat to be collected the next day by Courier, at no cost to myself, and the following day I received the correct one, again at no cost to myself
I was apologised to for the error caused.
The Customer Service was outstanding in rectifying the issue for me.

Excellent service. Ordered a pair of Skechers shoes Thursday lunchtime and they arrived Friday afternoon. First time I have ordered from them. Very pleased and would use this company again.

We only seem to measure a company when the chips are down.
Ordered some wellies which arrived promptly, unfortunately they leaked. They where replaced without question just as promptly.

Fantastic service from MA Griggs. I recently bought and returned a Berghaus jacket to MA Griggs. The item arrived the day after I ordered it despite me ordering it late afternoon. Delivery was fantastic. Unfortunately I didn’t like the jacket but the returns process and the communication throughout was fantastic. And they made my refund almost immediately. I would definitely buy from them again.

Credit where its due I have to give a full 5 stars. A small issue with an item I ordered was quickly rectified by customer service. Friendly and super helpful. I have ordered from Griggs in the past amd shall continue to do so in the future. Items always quickly shipped with tracked service and goods at extremely competitive prices. Whats not to love🩵
