Best customer service Ive ever had

Bought a police trade-in 590A1 with an SGA stock the other day and noticed it only had one spacer. Called customer service and asked if i could purchase just the spacers because obviously the pre-owned firearm didn’t come with them and the length of pull was a little too short. Brian was extremely helpful and professional in assisting me. For some reason my card was not registering but he said they would just go ahead and send them at no charge. Wow! I am a lifelong MAGPUL customer!

Good product, bad shipping

The experience of buying the magazines was generally great, with the exception that I couldn't choose my shipping. Fedex was automatically used. I tend to have no problems with Amazon, UPS, or USPS, but Fedex specifically seems incapable of finding my house, and their predictions about when packages will be delivered are usually wrong. If given the choice, I would have paid more to have literally any other company deliver things. In this case, Fedex awkwardly misdelivered my gun magazines to my neighbor. I was too shy to go ask my neighbor for my magazines because I thought it might scare her. After a few days she dropped them by and asked if "everything was okay." LOL really not great. So the magazines were great but my ask would be that Magpul offer the choice of shippers in the future. I actually might not order with them again simply because I'd rather use a company with whom I can avoid Fedex.

I love their products but their website…

I love their products but their website is garbage and they are not set up to do retail business, even though they try. You can buy their products anywhere else so please do so, they need to shut down their retail operation. Half the time the website is not working and when it does work, it never actually processes a sale. And FYI, Midway has a better price on their stuff than the do! Retail is a chore for them and they want you to pay for your patronage!

Total Fail!

Ordered 2 Daka Organizers and they cancelled my order: "Your order #003935881 has been cancelled by our fraud detection system."
Maybe they should upgrade their fraud detection system or use some AI - any type of intelligence would be highly welcome.
Sounds like a great business plan. My "dump ass" detection system tells me not buy anything ever again and advertise their great service.

Greatest Customer Service

First, I ordered the wrong part. My fault, no one else, but Magpul must have know this, (they included a pre-paid return. LoL) called spoke with the nicest lady , she apologized for MY mistake. She stated that the next day she was off, but she would make sure the correct items were shipped OUT IMMEDIATELY, so that I would not have to wait two weeks. Recieved my notification that correct parts have been shipped the next day

Best customer service I have had in years. So sorry I can not remember her name, but the call took place on Dec 12, 2024. Magpul, if this is your standard training, then Congrats, but not then please learn from HER. She is what will made your business.

Products are a staple of the industry…

Products are a staple of the industry but the customer service is hit or miss. If you shoot you know they are a name that's hard to not use but they seem to hire some people who just don't know what they are talking about for customer service. I have had some great customer service and I've had downright hurtful customer service from them. buy the products but be advised that if you need any support you may want to double-check everything that's passed on.

Best in Class Company

I have previously shared my great experience with this company. They just keep getting better. Order processing and shipping is now one of the fastest. They are my go to first company for shooting accessory. The quality of their products are top tier. Pricing is fair.

0 customer service and scammed

Sent me the wrong order and when I sent it back they never refunded me and won't respond to the 4 different emails I've been sending them. So they just stole 30 bucks from me.

All years I’ve been buying from Magpul…

All years I’ve been buying from Magpul I’ve never once been dissatisfied. They have a good product for the price. The customer service is amazing and shipping time is decently average. No complaints about the quality of the products. Far as the product goes I’ve bought their grips and stocks, that’s about it.
