Magnum logistics took side of my car off
Driver came down our very narrow road. Took the side of my car off and would have drive off if my neighbour hadnt stopped him.

My experience with one of the magunm logistics driver today 26th of June 2026 horrified me. He kept Horning, flashing lights at me and getting closer to my car. Indicating that I should move faster, in front of me was another driver I couldn't do anything . I continue driving hoping he will overtake as I was not on a speed Lane, he insisted in following me closely which was very uncomfortable, meanwhile I was on a slow lane with another driver in front of me I carry on driving but he was till following till I got to a turning I was going he followed and when I stopped at a traffic light he came out and started shouting at me. I was very scared.
We expected a delivery on Thursday 14th July. It never arrived. My husband emailed them st around 4pm and had a call back later on. The person on the phone tried to rearrange the delivery for the next day (Friday 15th July). My husband explained that he could try to leave work but might not be able to. Unfortunately, he was unable to get the day off and asked for the delivery to happen on Saturday instead, as offered originally. The "lady" I had on the phone said that we had to pay £50 for Saturday delivery, she denied that the delivery was ever due on the 14th, and was adamant that it was due on the 15th. She was incredibly rude and was basically calling me a liar, saying that her colleague had originally told my husband about the extra fee. I explained again that this was not the case but it felt like she was gaslighting me, trying to make it sound as if I was making things up or misremembering.
I was due to receive an order of flooring, took the day off work. Checked with the supplier by phone around 10.00am on delivery day "all good, it's out for delivery before 1.00pm" they said. Then a rep from Magnum calls at 12 midday to say it wouldn't be coming. The conversation went downhill with the excuse that "the label fell off the pallet .. and they had only my name and supplier name, not the job number" On Magnum group's website their pallet system is described as "using innovative IT solutions" Am none the wiser why I wasn't told earlier, or why they couldn't find my address using the suppliers' and my own names. Poor service and highly defensive of that poor service -is my takeaway.
