I think this company is fraud...
If there is an option I would have given 0 star. I recently having worst experience regarding their delivery. I ordered (order no #3660 and tracking no CB444002726FR) on 12th November 2025 and made full payment of 163.43 euro. I reside in Manchester, United Kingdom. I have given my correct address and still waiting for it to be delivered to my Manchester UK address. Initially they showed they have dispatched my item and I should have received it on 19th November 2025, but there were no update even in tracking I saw no update. Suddenly on 4th December I received a text that it has been delivered while its not delivered at Manchester, United Kingdom, instead they have delivered to some address in France. I immediately emailed them stating the issue and they replied that it was mistake from their side and gave me two options 1) Refund 2)Re-ship my order, I chose Reshipment of my order, since then there is no update from their side on my order. I sent several emails, but they have not replied to any of them. They have totally ghosted me. Now its like they fraud me because they took my hard earned money 163.43 euro and there is no delivery of the product or money refund and no response from their side. I never expected such company could involve in this kind of fraudulent activity. Never order their product.
