I had problem after problem concerning my electric shower. Katie ( bless her ) kept sorting out the problem and chasing people up to sort this out for me. Katie is so polite . Friendly and most of all very helpful. Thank you katie
Another great experience with Magneto. I booked the repair through Katie, who was really helpful and offered plenty of availability. She took the time to talk me through the repair, which I appreciated.
