Great service, ended up needing a new boiler, but not before Kevin tried everything possible to bring it back to life. I was left with heaters so that I didn't have to sit in the cold. Few days later lovely new boiler up and running, Shane did a fantastic job. All the engineers were very polite and respectful, but a big thanks goes to Sharon who quickly got an engineer out in the first instance and followed up the ordering and fitting of the new boiler so no time wasted. Thanks guys

Great service, very efficient

As usual, a professional and honest service from the first phone call to arrange an engineer to assess the work to the competed job. Price quoted is what I paid. A very tidy job with great attention to detail and cleanliness. Finished in a day and half.

Great service as usual from Magna. Engineer arrived promptly at 8am, and job completed efficiently. All mess vacuumed up and everywhere left tidy. Invoice cost advised in advance so no surprises. Thank you, again, Magna.

Following a site visit and quote the replacement sink and tap was fitted by the plumbing engineer on time, no fuss and allowed me to continue to work from home around the job. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Have booked for further gas works this week. Easy online payment system allows you to pay your invoice remotely so very easy to manage without having to leave the house. Not the cheapest company but clean and professional.

Brilliant from start to finish. We urgently needed a replacement central heating boiler for an old house with an ancient and complex hot water system. They were great. We now have a much more efficient system. Most importantly it is clear that everyone at Magna cares about delivering a good service and they really do deliver.

Magna-IM have provided a range of trades during our extensive renovation, ranging from electrical, plumbing, stonework and carpentry.

Magna have sent anumber of tradesmen to site but our lifesaver has been Matt our carpenter who has spent the most time on site. We are extremely grateful to Matt who has made oak doors and fitted them, shelving and window cills, created bespoke cupboards, laid oak flooring, fitted oak weatherboarding, even turned his hand to other non carpentry work. He has been a revelation and is most definitely the star of the Magna business. We have no hesitation in recommending Matt as he is so professional, skilful, timely, polite and tidy, if only all other trades were like him. Thank you Matt.

From the site visit made by Chris to Mick turning up promptly at the given time to carry out the work (which can sometimes be a tricky issue with tradesmen 😬) they were great - both were very pleasant and efficient.
Magna made my plumbing problems a smooth experience! I never thought I could get so excited about a new tap that doesn’t drip!

Magna Heating's team are a cut above the rest, efficient ,professional, polite and courteous, qualities that sometimes in this day and age are hard to find. They are not the cheapest plumbers around but also are definitely not the most expensive. They give an honest service that is delivered with a smile. They are prompt responsive to questions and knowledgeable about the subject. All in all a great choice and i would wholeheartedly recommend them...try them, you may be surprised

Needed a new bath and flooring, also chose matching tapes for my existing basin. The plumber arrived, he did find problems with with damp which was easy to to see, however it was dealt with. I was holiday for a week and left a key. On my return the bathroom was done. I'm thrilled it's perfect. If you want quality regardless of the size of bathroom please choose Magna they are great

We had Magna come out to fix our boiler. The gentleman who came was very polite, explained everything to me and my husband. He was courteous and tidied up behind himself. Would highly recommend.
