Avoid buying a bike

Bought a bike that was sold as new, turns out it had been used, as shifter and folk had marks plus tyres were not super clean for a new bike. Not great service as won't share return details. This was a birthday present for my 15 year old. Spent £1500 and still the service is poor. Small things make a big difference. I know this is a fantastic business (as you can tell from the website and local community feedback) but stop trying to boil the ocean and concentrate on customer service & experience. Being busy is no excuse, spend a little time for everyone that comes to you

They have now gone back on their word for a full refund. Theses guys are liars and cheat.

Avoid purchasing a bike here at all costs - Dangerous Bike Build - Beware

I purchased a mountain bike at magnolia Rosso last week having travelled a long way due to availability - initial visual inspection looked ok
On riding a couple of times I noticed slight wobble in wheel/tyre and gears kept coming off so took it to a local bike shop I trust who gave it the once over and gave the bike build a scathing review
They found the following:
Headset loose
Stem bolts wrong
Gears massively out / not adjusted
And prob most concerning / extremely dangerous was that both wheels were loose
Basically nothing on the bike had been adjusted or even tighten up.

Quote ‘ it was like a child had taken it out of the box and built it’

Having an Italian sounding name does not make u an expert - total amateurs
or worse total disregard for safety of their customers
To add insult to possible injury when I called to complain no word of an apology just surly attitude
So not even basic grasp on customer service -
No suitable star rating available - Total disgrace

Just bought a bike!

They know everything about the brands they're selling, any information is provided promptly, and if they don't know then they seem to have great sources because they arrive back a minute later with all the answers! They allow for test riding of bikes around the local roads, I got a great feel for my new bike frame size, so I bought a bike from them!
