A Great Company if you want to choose one that does not have turnaround targets for repairs and threatens every call out might be chargeable even if your machine is only a few months old.

Waited all day for an engineer to call let alone turn up to fix the machine and then was told that it will be sometime but can't guarantee when that might be.

You might decide that this is not quite the level of service you need for your laundry.
