Amazing customer service from Alex. She helped us booking our Disney trip. I went to an independent travel agent seeing if they could get a price like what magic breaks were coming back with. They couldn’t even come close to the price we were quoted. Would definitely recommend

We couldn’t have gone to Disneyland Paris without Simon’s help from magic breaks. It took several months of organising due to my. Disability and several family members trying to sabotage the trip however Simon was very patient and very helpful. He organised the trip from start to finish and we couldn’t have done it without him. I highly recommend magic breaks

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Natalia S for her outstanding customer service. As a first-time holiday booker, I was a bit nervous and had so many questions but Natalia was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

She took the time to understand our needs, especially with my partners limited mobility, and carefully helped plan our trip so that we can enjoy the parks while still having time to rest. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely reassuring throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble.

Natalia made sure every one of my questions was answered and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and excited about our booking. She’s a credit and truly turned what could have been a stressful experience into something special.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to leave a review today for Alex May at Magic Breaks , she helped me book my original trip in June and she was second to none amazing then but today I needed her help as I had changed dates and felt pressured into changing to the dates which I didn’t want , Alex has spent her whole day sorting it out for me to the dates I wanted , she is quick and efficient and so kind and friendly , having someone who genuinly wants to look after you makes such a difference , she was calming and reassuring and I can’t thank her enough , she is amazing and deserves so much credit for how good at her job she is xx

Booking was so easy as well as competitively priced. The customer service has been top notch and swiftly sorting my requests. I have not been abroad for 10 years so there were a few! I would 100% recommend MagicBreaks.

I booked Disney Paris with MagicBreaks and everything worked out really well. I did price everything up independently and didn’t find that MagicBreaks was any more expensive. To me it saved a lot of time by booking everything with the same company. I will definitely use this company again.

I could not rate Cheryl any higher! I rang at 9.30pm on a Friday night after struggling to find answers to my questions online. Cheryl immediately put me at ease, was personable and friendly and assisted me in booking our family holiday. She had helpful tips and was really clear. Cheryl sent payment links so we could arrange to split the deposit between different people on the trip. Honestly it was seamless! Thank you Cheryl.
