This is our second Disney trip we’ve booked with magic breaks, everything went perfectly the first time, but all very smooth with the private transfers too. We had Cheryl helping us, and she has been amazing through it with both bookings, so helpful, friendly and quick to respond. Our second trip is next year and I feel completely relaxed about it as I know it all went so well last year. Would 100% recommend magic breaks for the ease of booking your Disney trip.

I had a lovely travel agent called Victoria Riley, she was absolutely fantastic at sorting my holiday out for me. She even waited for my annual leave to be accepted, got my quote and information. Kept me in the loop, was very quick at responding to my emails. I genuinely believe she is one of the best there are at magic breaks. This is the 2nd time booking through magic breaks and its so easy.

We recently booked our family holiday to Disney World Florida through Magic Breaks, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough—especially Cheryl, who has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

Cheryl has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted as a family. She was incredibly patient, responsive, and knowledgeable, guiding us through all the options and making the whole process stress-free.

What really stood out was how hard she worked to secure us an amazing deal. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants to get them the best possible experience for their budget. Thanks to Cheryl, we’ve ended up with a fantastic holiday that we’re all really excited about.

This website offered all we needed for a great package holiday to Disneyland Paris and I liked it was all together and that you can pay deposit and rest in instalments. It was so quick, easy to book and browse all different options for a holiday package either with or without extras ect.

Great was easy to book

I have been looking at booking Disneyland Paris for the last month and have been comparing prices between sites. I landed on Magic breaks late one evening, put in what I was looking for and thought nothing of it. 8.15 the following morning the lovely Cheryl emailed me to ask if I needed any help. She wasn't pushy in any way just incredibly helpful and super efficient. She worked out the best value for my requirements and offered me a price £500 cheaper than I managed to price it up and it even included Le shuttle. We went with Newport bay compass club, her personal experience with the hotel really helped. If you are looking for a helpful, knowledgeable non pushy experience, I would definitely recommend Magic breaks. I don't know who's more excited, myself, my husband or my girls!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Magic Breaks, and I especially want to thank our travel consultant, Kerry, who went completely above and beyond for us.

After we realised we had accidentally booked the wrong dates for our holiday, we were really worried it would be difficult or even impossible to fix at such short notice. Kerry handled everything quickly, calmly, and professionally, and managed to rebook our trip without any stress on our side.

Her communication was clear, friendly, and reassuring throughout the whole process, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It’s rare to receive customer service at this level, and it truly made a huge difference to our holiday experience before we had even left home.

The whole experience was made great and very easy by the consultant I dealt with Cheryl Smith.
I am new to this online booking system, used to a travel agents, but Cheryl went out of her way on her day off to help me out and basically make my life easy, stress free with no complications.
Cheryl has managed to build a holiday that will celebrate my 40th birthday as well as a memorable holiday for my little girl before she starts school in September.
5* service all day long and would use again as well as recommend to other people.

Gave incorrect information such as date that payment should be made and time limit for cancellation. Also made incorrect deductions- then have the cheek to tell me I owe thousands within 2 weeks if I do not wish to lose deposit! I point out they put all the dates in writing!! They say nothing they can do......What a bunch of scammers and arrogant thieves that will ruin your family holiday. You will have no peace of mind if you book with this firm.
