Wrong company  

Looks like I have also been scammed with my order from 17th May 2024
Impossible to get hold of as well .

I gave a little time just ro see if anything appeared , then seen this page .

Where's my money?

I started ordering from Rob Wylie the end of 2023 it was a mad rush to get things put for Christmas but to me when you order you expect things to come within 2 weeks so not much as a rush....
I did get my stuff a few things missing BUT he did refund ( his own adding up without shipping )

This time around well it was hitting your head against the wall.. he is a personal shopper BUT shouts and stamps his feet the minute you ask to see somthing treating you like a child...

Once he was home u couldn't ask about orders r shipping would use his mental health if we did once things came 8 weeks later things was missing out of date and un eatable

I shopped with Rob last year and all went well so I put all the things I’d heard aside and decided to buy with him again and sadly my experience this time was shocking.

I purchased pre order in January for his trip in March and chased it from around mid April to no avail or response regarding these, on lives he would say he’s sorting the other items first then getting pre orders out so I thought ok great.

I also done some normal orders whilst he was live and that order came with a lot of missing items, I messaged about this and was told he’ll sort it in the next week or so once he’s got all others sent and can better look for items, this was again in April and I’ve heard nothing else since and asked.

I’ve had to open a PayPal dispute to get the money back for missing items and Clearpay dispute to get money back for the pre order. Disappointing really as I put a lot of trust in Rob and defended him numerous times believing he was genuine, I was fooled and I won’t be shopping with him again as he lacks communication when it comes to trying to sort issues or find out about your items but is always quick to ask you to buy your gift vouchers and not use PayPal or Clearpay if possible.

this is a scam company the website looks legitimate but it definitely isn't.
I contacted Rob about how to order he then added me to a group and another group on tic tok were he apparently does he's live shopping trip's but you have to buy a voucher off magical wdw 1st
I should of known by the disgusting language of he's so called admin team vile and how they kept saying about trolls
No they was not trolls they was people who rob had ripped off .
I have put in a claim to the credit card company for a refund.

Robs magical journey robs mart ltd or magical wdw either way. Back in October.2023 When this so called businessman He is a living mother ducker. By the way!!! Your never right your always wrong don't. Ever mention that the £1 is not the same as the $1. 🤔. Just to let everyone know is about 80p. To each £1 U spend .so the £1 to $1. Convert is a lie as for the your boxes. When u get them witch are never. When he states. Are. Battered to duck please don't forget the pick up fee of 1.13 witch will change as and when he wants it to. Due to Florida tax ect plus the stupid amount u pay on postage from us to UK. And the UK UK shipping. So for example. I spent £300 witch is actually $234 not including the shipping which together including the U.s shipping and the UK shipping. Was a total of £550. would rather eat nails than buy from him again ( AVOID AT ALL COST. PLEASE ). Yours sincerely Bryan

Where shall I begin? I have never been apart of so much toxic drama in my life and I would rather have dinner with Hannibal lector then ever be associated with the owner Rob Wylie ever again! I began shopping with Rob on MagicalWDW during his last trip to Florida and I did enjoy the experience in the beginning but soon things started to fall apart. There was always soms drama regarding something. Rob would treat customers poorly and shout at us during his lives. He was very unprofessional and his business was not transparent so when anybody would ask genuine questions he would spit his dummy out call them trolls then slag then off to other customers after blocking them. He would take a guess at how much items would cost to ship which led to multiple people being overcharged for shipping. He would then charge us a 25% pick up free then use his own 20% discount card. The shipping boxes were poorly packaged with one piece of tape holding it together. Boxes were damaged and had holes in when it arrived and items were damaged and missing. Rob blamed the parcel companies then claimed our missing items were lost or damaged but a few days later they were being resold on his website for more money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
Also it looks like Rob has changed his business name multiple times to avoid bad reviews. He is currently operating under RobsJourney now on TikTok not MagicalWDW
Disgraceful man and business!

Took money never sent items refused to talk to us had to claim money back through payment processor.

They’ve also disclaimed this page and defaced it so it’s harder to show that this was magicalwdw.com; in my opinion this business is operating fraudulently.

Totally blag company, tried to hide his details on here so that nobody found his bad reviews. Ordered several times during the trip to Florida to not receive my order and be told my items were lost for them to be added onto his website weeks later! Saw some questionable TikTok’s around the owner showing they are a danger to families so do not advise anyone to buy from this person. Overcharges on products, shows himself buying Starbucks cups for $20 for him to list them on his website for $80.

Wish I would have read reviews first! Found online on TikTok & Instagram. Website looks good & asked how it all worked. Placed an order in October hoping it would be here for Xmas . Had to chase up but did arrive before the big day… unfortunately they sent me something completely different to what I wanted because the "couldn’t find the exact item" .. it’s now nearly the end of January, I’ve sent the item back & STILL waiting for my money back!! I won’t be buying here again.

Let me just start by saying the address of the company listed is incorrect. Their address as stated on their website is.....Stanny Mill Rd, Ellesmere Port, Chester CH2 4HX.

I found this company via Tiktok, I was explained the process of how buying the items worked when Rob went to America via DM on Instagram. I waited for Rob to go to America and when he went live on Tiktok in November I ordered the items, I brought vouchers from his website on the same day totalling the cost of the items plus tax and his fee. I then waited for the items to be shipped in bulk to his UK warehouse where they would then be sorted and I would be invoiced. I waited for a while and heard nothing but I saw that other people were receiving their items, so I messaged their Instagram account and got no reply, I waited 2 weeks and messaged again only to be told they were now closed for Christmas, I messaged again when I knew they were back open and a week later I'm still waiting for a reply. I don't know if their growth in social media following and obvious business growth got to much for them to handle or my small order meant nothing to them or they just like to take people's money and run, I have absolutely no idea. What I will say is if you decide to use this company pay via PayPal so you can claim back the money spent if they ignore you like they have me.

I bought a product in May which arrived broken. I have sent them back as per request and provided proof of postage and now I have sent countless emails which are all being ignored. This is an absolute disgrace.I have not received a replacement or a refund. Total farce.

This company is a scam. I placed the order in September and it’s now January.

When I emailed, they decided to ignore me. I then had no option but to try to get a response on Facebook. At this point I had the pleasure of interacting with the owner Rob Wylie who is a nasty piece of work!

He sent me emails from the courier to him informing him that my order hasn’t been delivered and yet not once did the company contact me to tell me!

It’s all a bunch of lies obviously! We have parcels being delivered many times a week.

Their customer service is vile- it’s disgusting. I spent 200 pounds with them and I never received my items.

Please don’t waste your money too.

Item purchased but was faulty on arrival. After sending five unanswered emails to request a exchange or refund, had to raise a chargeback request with my payment provider. Only then did they reply to my email to confirm they had no further stock and they would refund me on return of the item, including postage costs. I have now had to send another 4 unanswered emails to request my refund which they haven’t provided to me as promised. Would never use this company again, avoid.

Was repetitively verbally abused by the owner of the company for being an adult entertainer. Absolutely vile company, do not use. You’ll find it cheaper on Amazon or the original Disney website anyway.
