I had the pleasure of meeting Gwen in Dun Laoighre last Sunday. I just loved the sentiment in all her beautifully crafted products. I got in touch with her this week and she went above and beyond to create a thoughtful gift for a loved one. I highly recommend checking Gwens website out. There's something for every occasion.

Finding Gwen and her business was truly a bit of luck. I've returned for many different personalised crafts and gifts. Gwen always adds her magical touch to any order requested. The quality and attention to detail is second to none. Often little gestures and touches are added as a gesture from her company. Little gift cards added to items being posted as gifts with personalised messages included. Gwen always goes above and beyond to listen to your vision and make it happen with her magical touch.

I ordered a family tree as a wedding anniversary gift and the recipient loved it! Gwen was a pleasure to deal with. She responded quickly to any questions I had, took any ideas I had for the family tree on board and it resulted in a fabulous, personalised gift. Absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered an "our family picture frame" and Gwen responded immediately. I gave the go ahead to proceed late morning and it was delivered that evening. I ordered a Family Tree Frame from Magical Moments and not only was Gwen an absolute pleasure to deal with but her work is excellent, great attention to detail & presented fabulously. She was very professional and prompt in her replies and the turnaround was very good even at such a busy time of year for her I'm sure. I will certainly order other products again in the future.

I enquired about a Personalised Communion frame from Magical Moments at a time when the Communion season was almost over and they were no longer available from the website.
Gwen promptly responded to my enquiry and suggested she could create a piece similar to my request.
Throughout the following week, Gwen kept in close correspondence with me by giving me regular updates on how she was progressing with my order.
She sent me photos of the finished piece for my approval before sending it to me and patiently and willingly made any changes I requested.
To say I was delighted when I received the Communion frame would be an understatement.
Despite the fact that I had made quite a few changes, Gwen still managed to get the frame sent to me well within my time frame.
The packaging was very impressive. The frame arrived in large box, well secured and protected with lots of paper wrapping, bubble wrap and finally some tissue paper.
When I unwrapped the picture frame, I actually said "wow' out loud.
It was absolutely beautiful. All handmade and the attention to detail was remarkable. It looked so impressive.
When I presented the gift at the Communion, it was immediately proudly put on display for all the guests to admire.
If you are pondering whether or not to order an item from Magical Moments, I highly recommend you to go for it!

I ordered a "Robin Frame" for a lost loved one and it turned out beautifully. The quality was outstanding and the price very reasonable for the product you receive! Gwen makes everything so personal and even included a beautiful handwritten card with a message I had requested. The customer service was excellent with fast and detailed replies, she also checked in with me before completing the frame to make sure it was exactly what I wanted!

I ordered a large family tree in a frame for my parents during the lockdown and I must say I’m absolutely blown away with the quality of the frame and the customer service from Gwen herself.
