I just found out this company has ceased trading. No communication or anything! I take it from the reviews no one has received their flowers back or refunds. Absolutely disgraceful. I sent mine in September 2022. Was this all just a scam or was it ever a reputable company? So much sentiment in my wedding flowers.

The Engine House Bexley has people’s flowers!! They have a huge list of the orders that are there. I GOT MY WEDDING FLOWERS BACK over a year and a half after sending them to Magenta Flowers. Visit The Engine House Bexley’s website to see if they have your order.

Amazing that they are doing this for everyone, WELL DONE to The Engine House!!!!!!! I can’t thank them enough!

Important to note, my one star review is for Magenta Flowers for scamming everyone, not The Engine House who are trying to fix it.

Yes as the previous lady says try The Engine Ouse, they have a list of order numbers they have saved.
Unfortunately I sent my Mum’s funeral flowers last year and my order isn’t on there. I’m totally devistated.

Same experience as everyone else here, checking for an order update on my wedding flowers to find out the company has ceased to trade without any kind of notification or refund. Was absolutely devastated, but then my husband did find a website The Engine Ouse Bexley. It seems they have recovered a lot of orders and trying to preserve them for customers. They have a list of order numbers they have reserved and an contact form. I’ve just filled this in and am now waiting to hear back, this was at the start of the year so really hoping they still have them. Like a lot of people I didn’t chase because they said it could take up to a year.
Hoping this helps some people though with hopefully being able to get their flowers back at least.

Sent my weedding flowers off October 2022. Like other reviewers here, I appreciated it could take time, and we had been told we could pay the small balance for extra items we had added at a later date (by phone when we phoned before sending the flowers).
I decided to check this afternoon and discovered they had ceased trading. I hadn't even been informed or given the opportunity to get my flowers back. The only advice we were given is to try the facebook group. Otherwise tough luck, you've lost your flowers and your £320. Disgusting!! Absolutely disgusting
This is the icing on the cake of a couple of dificult years and I hope the directors/owners are never able to run a company again!!

I sent my daughters wedding bouquet off in June 2021 to be set in a resin heart. I recieved an email to say the flowers had been recieved and the process begun. I was told it could take upto 12 months and would be given updates, which I never recieved. However I did not pester and as my daughters first wedding anniversary approaches I thought I would make enquires. What better gift could she recieve on her anniversary than her bouquet in a resin heart. Imagine my disgust and distress when I discovered the company had ceased trading. What do I do now? How do I tell my daughter?

Have just seen that this company have ceased. I sent off some flowers for a keepsake from my nans funeral last year for all of us grandchildren. They took my money and gave me an order update saying it would be 6months to a year. I have never heard back and now seen that they have stopped operating. Have not received a refund or any correspondence from them at all. So disappointed, those flowers meant a lot to us and due to circumstance, the keepsake heart would have been the only thing we could have held onto since losing our nan.

Sent our wedding flowers off at the end of October 2022 and they sent confirmation of receipt and the start of the drying process. Within days they abandoned everything and the building owners haven’t found our order, so I suspect their email update was lies. Didn’t even know the company had disappeared until I tried to get an update this month. Disgraceful people.

They have robbed me!!!!
My boyfriend passed away and the last thing he gave me was valentine day flowers. I have full trust in magenta flowers I even had the number of the woman who was super nice at first and helpful. I paid them £123 and an extra £10 for initials to dry them out and turn them in candles and a necklace.
Initially they said it can take up to 6 months when I messaged them they said it could take 6-12 months now after a whole year what a surprise they closed the company. They haven’t compensated me they’ve honestly robbed me . Now bc it’s been over 120 days my bank can’t even help me.
DO NOT DO NOT use them they are scammers filthy people! I hope karma gets the best of you.
Disgusting disgusting people.

I spent so much time and money in hoping to preserve my beautiful wedding flowers from August 2022. These were meant to be meaningful keepsakes to remind us of our wonderful wedding day. I attempted to chase where my order is at today, only to receive an automated email saying that Magenta flowers has closed with no previous attempts to communicate that the company had closed down. We have now lost our keepsake and been left feeling very disappointed.

I gave them flowers from my childhood home almost a year ago. I went and delivered it by hand, I got to see all
the other sentimental items we will all never get back. Heartbreaking

Don’t want to even give 1 star! I hate these people with all my heart - how they can take money from people and not supply such a sentimental product that they promised is unforgivable and then to learn that they simply threw away my mums funeral flowers is beyond belief!!!!! I hope they rot in hell 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Devastated at losing my wedding bouquet. Absolutely shocking that they just left people's flowers to rot or thrown away. Quick to take your money & dupe everyone. No regards to how it'll affect people with no apologies or cares given. I hope they encounter something similar that means alot to them. Karma
Shouldn't be allowed to own or run a business every again.

I have been waiting since November 2021 for my mums funeral flowers to be put in resin and haven't had a response since, I paid money too and have not heard anything from the company.

What has happened to this company, the money I paid and most of all the flowers I wanted to preserve from my mums funeral.

I am so upset if the flowers are no longer able to be placed in resin.

Can someone help me please how and how do I speak to someone about my mums funeral flowers I have been waiting a year for them .

Shocked, appalled and gutted to say the least. After getting married in May 2022, I excitedly posted flowers from my bouquet to Magenta flowers and paid a large sum of money to have them preserved in resin.
On arrival to the warehouse, some of the flowers had shrivelled up and gone brown. I was contacted to ask what I wanted to do. I asked to cancel my order but was told this was not possible and I could only get half of the money back!
Magenta offered to supplement the flowers that were no good with the same flowers they kept ‘in stock’ so it would look the same.
I agreed rather than lose half of my money. I was told the process would take 6-9 months for drying etc but they would keep me posted at each stage to show me it progressing.
This seemed a while but I’d read good reviews and all seemed legitimate so went ahead with the order.
6 months passed and I heard nothing. Did an IG search to find their contact details which came up with no results, they have vanished into thin air.
Did a google search and here we are. Money gone, my beautiful expensive irreplaceable bouquet gone.
What upsets me most is this isn’t a company who’s gone bust because of problems, this is a company that deliberately set out to dupe people out of large sums of money, and hand over extremely sentimental irreplaceable items.
I honestly don’t know how they can live with themselves having done this.
I am heartbroken.

Extremely sad and disappointed that I won’t be receiving my keepsakes that I spent £350 on. I sent my wedding flowers on 5th April 2022 the day after my wedding day, after receiving an email update saying that the company has a lot of orders and they’ve hired more staff I didn’t think that then a couple months later they would disappear and so now my beautiful flowers and my hard earned money is gone with no word. What I’m most angry about is why they can’t send the flowers back as that’s the most important thing to me! Wish I could rate them 0 stars.

To even give 1 star is an injustice and undeserved. I normally don’t bother spending time leaving negative reviews, but this one has been well and truly earned.

Magenta Flowers Ltd (Mad Deals Limited) presented themselves as a legitimate business with seemingly genuine positive reviews, and product photo examples. I, along with hundreds of others who are part of a FB group called “Magenta Flowers Customers” (currently 900+ members) paid Safiyya and Adam Riyadh to put wedding flowers into quality made keepsake resin items such as a necklace and ornament to keep. The goods never arrived, my flowers have been lost, and my money kept. They didn’t notify any of their customers or attempt to return items or refund anybody, when planning to ‘cease trading’.

After looking into the company’s history more deeply, the Riyadh’s are completely guilty of fraud and theft and are getting away with £100’000’s. Nobody buy from these names!

So disappointed and angry. I sent my daughter’s wedding flowers to be made into resign keepsakes. Spent £165 & nothing to show for it. Disgusting how they can get away with deceiving people.
