Ordered a pair of shoes on February 13th. Received a confirmation email. still not received on April 20th. The customer support email bounces back. I have paid $75 for these and got nothing, given the fact there is no way of contacting this company I can only assume this is theft
This website is a scam. They sent me a completely different dress than the one I ordered. There is no phone number listed anywhere, and no clear instructions on how to return an item. I reached out to them multiple times via email to request a refund. No response at all.
Please be safe and stay away from this website. The biggest scam. I ordered a dress in two different sizes in case one did not fit. Well, both arrived and I did not like either. So, the return policy stated that they supported 30 day returns. Contact them first and they will send the information for return. I emailed four times and sent two chat messages. The company blocked me by blocking my email address. My emails began bouncing back. They never responded to my attempts before they blocked me. I was never able to return the items or receive a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service.
