I have purchased several watches from MAEN and have always been impressed by both the quality of the products and the professionalism of the team. The watches offer excellent value for money, with beautiful designs, great finishing, and reliable performance.
What truly stands out is their customer service. Every question was answered promptly and professionally, and the entire purchasing experience was smooth from start to finish. Shipping was fast, packaging was excellent, and the watches exceeded my expectations.
MAEN has become one of my favorite microbrands, and I look forward to adding more of their watches to my collection in the future. Highly recommended.

I have not even received the watch as yet !

I am extremely pleased with my MAEN Manhattan 40 with the Midnight Blue Côtes de Genève dial. The watch itself is superb. The dial is beautiful and changes character depending on how the light catches it, which makes it feel special every time I wear it. The case design is classic and understated, and I expect it will age very well. The bracelet is also excellent, with an elegant taper and a very nicely finished clasp.

Communication from MAEN was excellent throughout, which added to the confidence of ordering from them. Overall, the quality, design, finishing, and customer communication are very impressive, especially at this price point. MAEN clearly puts a great deal of care into both the product and the customer experience, and I would be very happy to buy from them again.

My only criticism relates to the delivery experience with DHL, rather than MAEN or the watch itself. DHL did not handle the delivery as I would expect for a watch purchase. That aside, the product is excellent and I am very happy with it.

I bought a Maen Hudson Mk 5 (blue dial date version). The piece is gorgeous and feels great on the wrist. I have small wrists, so this watch fits perfectly. Communication prior to the purchase was excellent - they were very quick to answer all my queries. I highly recommend Maen, and the Hudson in particular.

Avoid these guys. Trust me. Just don’t bother. They’ve had my watch since March for a repair and I still don’t have it back. Had to threaten them with taking out a dispute with my credit card company because they have taken so long. They initially wanted me to get the watch repaired locally but no one would touch it. Buy a more reputable vintage brand for what you would pay for something from Maen.

Just read Rhyan Jenkins review and I confess that he explained it right.
I’m in the middle of a very similar situation. My watch broke down after one month and since 3 months I have been in constant complaints with the company. I even reached out to one of the founders and the situation hasn’t improved much. Just so frustrating!

One star is too generous.

Shoddy workmanship, poor quality and overall, an unpleasant experience.

My watch was manufactured and delivered later than stated. No correspondence was provided informing me of this, I had to chase them for an update myself.

The watch broke after a week of ownership. After my awful experience with Maen, all I wanted was a refund. They refused this because, and I quote, "the watch had been worn". Maens alternative response was to source a local watch maker to repair it and they would cover the cost, albeit, I was told to "please first check the costs" prior to going ahead with the repair (which is ridiculous) before they would agree to cover said costs.
I contacted a few local watch makers who all strongly advised me to send it back to the manufacturer as they did not want to get involved with it (which filled me with confidence on the product).
I made Maen aware of this and they agreed to cover return costs, but again, I was informed "this repair process can take some time as it depends on the schedule of the watchmaker". This angered me even more, as this should be dealt with as a matter of urgency, rather than being repaired as and when it suits them.

After having sent the watch away, I had to then chase them again for an update of the watch repair, as they still didn't think to provide customer feedback on the process.

After 2 months of recieving the repaired watch, one of the watch pins has come out of its own accord and the watch is faulty yet again.
Maen is nothing more than a tin-pot company with below pair, end products and poor customer engagement. Do not waste your money or time with them.
