I suspect its one of those dropshipping…

I suspect its one of those dropshipping webshops, reselling you cheap chinese products. They claim it is all hand made and "mulberry silk" but i received obviously plastic smelling products that had the "made in china" tag still on it. Also it came in a box that had some other company name on it

Bad qualities copy's

Iv written to this company to ask for their return address as the jackets I received were bad copies, unless I hear anything in the next week I will take this further

Return due bad quality

Return due bad quality! Week ago i sent you the return request but i never got any reaction. I need urgently this voucher, because according to Dutch law i can return the product in 14 days after receiving. Do not wait any longer, just send me a voucher.
I do not recommend to buy from this company, quality is bad. Paint sprayed uneven on plastic hairclips, fragile construction. Also i don't like to pay the return kosts myself, as it says on the website!

Second order and would order again.

My second order and again really happy with the service and quickness of receiving. With this order they forgot to add one scrunchie, but after contacting them they send the forgotten piece on the same day, with me receiving it next day. with the added bonus of 2 cute hairclips. 10/10 would order with MAE-LILLY again. Great quality of scrunchies, also the big hairclips are also very nice.
