Avoid, avoid, avoid!
(I see here are a lot of unsatisfied EXcustomers!)
Return of poore quality and not fitting items is not possible as they play football! I got a return addresse from some Frau. Olimpia from the site. Paid my own return via Austrian Post. Then i paid again a double charge as the paskage was returned to me as the recipient didn't accept the package! 👏 So i paid a fortune for just a driving the secondhand goods around! Amazing!!!!! So the outcome for me is a half box ( half was ok) with dirty or not fitting secondhand that has made a nice trip from Germany- Austria-Germany-Austria 👍

The emails were never answered after! No explanation from them!

Renewed after a week I wrote the original review- never got the email as they promise here in the answer :) ( we will contact you immediatelly to solve your problem :D) I was ,ofcourse, sure that it is not gonna happen! This is just to "polish" their face here! :) THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TRUSTLESS COMPANY!

This review is about the concierge service (which is the actual company I guess). I have ordered 3 times with concierge and the communication and mailing time is horrible. It seems you have to wait, a week or two, to see if they get around to mailing what you ordered and then file a problem/compliant and then finally you May get your items. Without that, who knows? One would think the concierge service would be prompt and professionally run, but no. Oh and the second purchase I made, I wanted to return something and they never responded. Eventuality I gave up. Do people actually work there or? Btw, dealing with individual sellers that is not the concierge is great but the company employees themselves, not so much.

i would not recommend this site when your selling what kind of nonesense is this rules this is very unfair to the seller ... for example you bought the item an du paid it then u want to sell it cos u need money then this website is not he best thing to use .. because you have to send the item first instead u have to recive the money first so that u wil be able to use it when sending products how comes they dont use thier brain.... this is very stupidity mindset like psychopath .,.

for the seller can you imagine u wil have to wait 10 days after before u wil recieve the payment becos the buyer need to checked or if they wil wait until the buyer will complain very very bad idea ... not correct people german

I paid a product 30 july and till 30 august I received no product not my money back. The Mädchenflohmarkt dies not treat seriously their paying Customers!!!

I tried to order a jacket, but I was NOT able to continue to pay after shipping adress, because Finland did NOT exist there anymore. Do you NOT deliver to Finland anymore? I used to buy items from you earlier. WHAT A PITY!

At the beginning I thought their Concierge-Service was great. But after using it, I think they are not honest. First of all it took way longer than they claimed for them to process the products. I waited more than 2 months until the products were finally listed.
The return took EVEN LONGER! So when things were listen and returned back, they were already off season so I couldn't even give out to people.

Then about the commission, first I thought 40% with all the work worth but then it is actually minimum 9,9Euro! So if they suggest a product to be sold at 10Euro,they basically take everything. On top of that, they also DO NOT send you any email when your item is sold. So in case you are not checking your page frequently.

So I really encourage people to consider carefully before selling on this platform!

I placed an order B-2207094, customer ID: KD - 3239508 on 2nd March and still waiting for delivery update, I also wrote an email to customer service after 6 days and no response yet. No complains here, it’s seems a trustable site, only that I cannot access the possibility to write a note to the sender to ask for an update now after a week and not sure how to communicate with the seller or with yourself, please advise a contact number or how can I access the option of being able to write to the seller (at the moment I am not allowed and don’t understand why).

Would honestly not recommend using the platform. I have 2 payments due since 2 weeks and no one can really help me. There is no phone number for the customer service and if you write an email you simply get ignored. There is no customer focus whatsoever, just disappointing .

A had a really good experience with this app about a month ago where I purchased two items and they had arrived in a very efficient time in one week to the UK. Because I had to use them before I decided to buy more things and ended up placing three separate orders of over 50 items. I had purchased the items on the 28/12/20 and they have only just sent them 13/01/21!!! Such a long time and the purchase I had made on the 7th of January still has not been shipped and when I email they just tell me sorry I’m very disappointed as I needed these things as quick as possible why is it taking over two weeks for you to send my items out if it’s just sitting in a warehouse? Please reply.

I requested my money to be transferred to my bank since on the 11th. Till now I have not received my payment and no way to contact the website. I have emailed them, written them on Facebook and Instagram but no response. I sell my items because I need money and I have no idea why the money is not in my bank till now. I have never seen such delay within German Austrian banks and no way to even call or contact the website.

I love this app! I am buying products directly from the app not so much from other sellers but I have only positive experiences so far! Fast delivery and products are in perfect shape and condition.

Mädchenflohmarkt is a really good option to give a second chance to clothes that are in a good condition and also profit something out of it. Until now my deliveries have been quick and easy, but between the payment and the placement of the order, it takes a little too long.

I love this app! I arrived to Munich to visit my boyfriend during the pandemic with all the stores closed and I didn’t have any winter shoes with me. I found this page online and got amazing shoes at a GREAT price! Fast delivery and excellent conditions. Love to not contribute to more fashion pollution with this alternative, plus I saved money.
