What a birthday present ! me…

What a birthday present Simon gave me yesterday in talking me through connecting my new printer to my phone. I had reached the limit of my frustration and luckily found his message on our local Nextdoor. In desperation I described my situation and he responded immediately( Sunday) with a detailed, simple description of how to resolve the problem, simple for even an elderly, poor tech person like me!
I can't thank him enough, and urge anyone with any technical problems to contact Simon before getting as frustrated as I was.

The speed and effiency -

The speed and effiency -: I left a message describing my problem I had a reply same day and an appointment for next day.Simon arrived on time a very cheerful pleasant guy who not only fixed my problems on computer but also a phone and iPad link.advised on security and installed a virus protection .allthis for the price quoted and on the hottest day of the year .

Simon has been fantastic with my website. I’m not a techy person at all and needed some help finishing off my website. Simon was so patient with me and offered me a fantastic remote service which made my life so much easier. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
