This clinic is amazing. Ive been coming here since 2022 and the changes I’ve noticed are incredible. I came here with a severe limitation regarding the movement of my neck and Dr Ben and his whole team helped me with pain and inflammation. Definitely recommend it a lot if you’re dealing with chronic pain and stiffness.

I recently visited this chiropractic therapy center and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. Ben, José, and the entire Madrid Health staff are world class (Haily and Savannah will take good care of you from the very beginning). And if your Spanish isn’t great, worry not; Ben is a London native and the entire staff speak excellent English. They provide a very safe and hygienic space for patients, and my back issues have improved greatly after just a few weeks of visits. Thanks to everyone at Madrid Health—highly recommended!

Excellent! I’ve been going to Madrid Health for a few months now. The staff are amazing, the treatments very personalised and it’s very helpful that we can speak in English. My back issues are resolved and I’m undertaking some healthy maintenance to complement my gym routines.

Thanks to Ben and his wonderful team, I’ve been feeling really good lately! I can feel that my body is on the road to recovery, I’m sleeping better and am walking more evenly. Everything feels more aligned. At Madrid Health, all members of staff are very kind and intentional, making you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Ben and Edu take the time to inspect how you’re feeling in the body and make the appropriate adjustments. I’m very pleased with my experience thus far and have been seeing results!

The team helped me a lot to overcome some physical problems and they’ve done it with sympathy, professionalism and with a holistic approach.I’ll be coming back, even just to keep the things under control!

I’ve visited many physiotherapist in the past as I suffered from back pain from a very young age. It never occured to me visiting a quiropractor… best decission I’ve ever made! Dr.Payne, Edu and Fátima are very professional and dedicated. Teresa and Silvia are very friendly and they made you feel very welcome.

I highly recommend this clinic! I have been a patient of Ben's since he started working in Madrid. I'm Australian and have had osteopathic treatments for over 20 years in Australia, so it was such as relief to find Ben as his style of treatment is similar. I now have appointments maybe once a month for maintenance (spinal/hip alignments and old sports injuries). In the past couple of months he and Teresa have been treating my lower back and feet with the new laser machine. It has made a huge difference to my flexibility, removing the deep tightness inside the back and hip. I suffer from plantar fascia on both feet which has almost disappeared (seriously!) and it is reducing some severe scar tissue on my ankles that had built up over 20 years of injuries.

Dr. Ben is very knowledgeable when it comes to chiropractics and gave me a comprehensive overview of the pain I was dealing with, and how we planned to tackle it. Teresa was also a breath of fresh air as she made setting appointments very easy, and she is always very friendly!

I greatly enjoyed being a patient with Madrid Health and would continue to be one if I did not move away! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a knowledgeable chiropractor and great overall service. :)

Fully recommend a visit to Dr.Payne, a great professional, very charismatic and friendly, along with his wife Teresa. Every month I look forward to our appointment not only for the back/neck reliefs but also for the great conversations.

Definitely the best chiropractic clinic I’ve ever been to. The adjustments that Ben does have no comparison with any other clinic. My back pain has been with me for years and years and I could never imagine that Ben could make me feel pain free again!
