These did a removal for us as a favour. We are a house and business moving company local to these and one time we could not cover a job so we used these as we never want to let anyone down. It must be said the team did a great job and saved our bacon and reputation. So I have great pleasure in recommending this local household moving company who are based in both Hebburn and Birtley.

Only two stars because although they were very pleasant, helpful and flexible when moving dates changed. The service did not correspond to the quote. Not all items were wrapped for protection. My furniture went into storage and mirrors were stored with no protection. The TV which should have been wrapped as if for air transport merely had a blanket 5hrown over it. A valuable dining table was damaged by them in the move. I reported it immediately and was assured that this would be dealt with under their insurance policy. However despite twice being told that a furniture restorer would be in touch, 5 months later nothing has happened and they have ignored my last email. I have been very patient and resisted posting a review to give them a chance to rectify the problem. I am now taking legal advice. I would not use them again and could not recommend them.

Excellent service by Andy & his lads. Especially grateful to them when our sale unexpectedly fell through 48hrs prior to move & they postponed our move, which happened to get rescheduled 10 months later (they could have charged us). Nothing was too much trouble, very professional, excellent at packing our belongings into long term storage container & they were good company during a stressful time. Thanks again

Outstanding service, our removals were completed efficiently and with the upmost care. Professional organisation of the move and throughout the day, the team checked in with us regularly to ensure we were happy with everything on our move day, which ran smoothly and to schedule. The took care of everything, they dismantled the beds to get them out and re built them again. They even re connecting the washing machine including the plumbing.
