I ordered their printable workout for 9.99, paying thru my PayPal account. I get the text notification about the activity and they had ALSO charged my card an additional charge of 49.99! I immediately reached out to their customer service and was told it was an automatic charge for meal plans, coaching, etc. I explained that I didn't ask for not do I want anything other than the printable workout. For the ENTIRE day now "THEO" has made addition offers for extra services that I don't want and never asked for. I will contact my bank in the morning. I just want my money back- I'll stay fat before I do business with thieves!
What made my experience great with mad muscle was the challenges that calisthenics gave me on a daily basis endurance strength and tensity learning to use my muscles as I should this was a great experience and I keep renewing it everyone should try it.

My first series of exercises were exhausting for me, mainly because I've been sedentary and not doing much physical activity. I definitely broke a sweat!

The whole idea is great however I found it a bit misleading to find I had io pay a large monthly subscription. I am an 83 yo pensioner and I could not afford the payment.
I nearly didn’t continue but am happy I did.
