Great mats. Just disappointed we ordered 3 12 foot long they sent 1 36 foot long. Had to cut it ourselves.

I am so pleased I found Mad Matter Web site and their product. I made one order and was so delighted I made a second order. This product is almost identical to a rug I had for 30 years in my foyer. I moved to a new home after downsizing and needed a different color and size. Could not be found in my local area at places that sold similar product years ago. Walla, Mad Matter !! Could not be more pleased. I know these rugs will last 30 + years. I vacuum weekly, scrub with soap and water in my driveway in the spring. That's it !! You will not be disappointed.

Over the past several months I purchased 3 runners for my home. The first 2 were perfect for the locations they are in. The third one had lumps in the middle. I contacted Ben and Casey, both customer reps at Mad Matter. Ben asked that I send pictures of the mat. Casey had determined that the mat didn't cool enough after production and being rolled for shipping. With in several days, They had sent me a replacement which is perfect. I appreciate that they stand behind their product. I would highly recommend the company and their products.

Once again Mad Matter has come through. As a return customer, this time I ordered a mat for in front of my kitchen door. Upon receiving it and putting it down I noticed it didn't lay flat there were lumps in the middle. I contacted Customer Support and sent several pictures. They FedEx ed a new one and it is perfect. The 2 customer reps that took care of me are Casey and Ben. They both did a fantastic job resolving my issue. I would highly recommend Mad Matter !
