nonprofessional approach
I experienced a nonprofessional approach in the Maditten clinic.
Joeanna was very nice from the beginning.
But she was working very approximately, and didn't want to do smaller details I asked for.
She said that it looks good and she thinks it's enough.
She doesn't feel the needle.
My lips were swollen, because Joeanna hit the blood channels on one side of my lips (I have photos).
Joeanna doesn't feel volume and form. When the swollen faded out, I realized that she made my lips even more uneven than they were before visiting the Maditten clinic (have photos).
And she doesn't take responsibility for her unfinished job. I showed her photos of not so good results and asked about an appointment to continue the correction. But she took it personally, answered, that if we don't understand each other, I need to find someone else, who can understand me better.
And when I asked her, does it mean that I have to pay in other clinics to correct her job?
She just didn't answer my email.
I tried to write to Joeanna to finish my treatment, but she continued ignoring me as a customer.
Then I booked a time in her clinic, but she just cancelled my booking.
It followed the letter where she wrote, that she cancelled my appointment to the correction just because she doesn't feel comfortable to continue my treatment anymore.
Absolutely disappointing experience with Joeanna in Maditten clinic.
