I wish I knew about Trustpilot before I was scammed. I agree the material and the merchandise is cheap. When contacting customer service , I was able to get a return form and an address which was out of the United States in the UK. I mailed it to them putting a tracking on it The package was never delivered and returned back to me. Do not believe anything they say. I am out merchandise, money and mailing money.

I have emails with the replies in another email address along with scanned documents of the return form and receipt of the shipping with the tracking number. When I view the tracking trail, it tells you it tried several attempts to deliver the package the address given by this company.

To continue, today 7/21, I received another email apologizing and to resend the garments back to the UK. When received, they will only give me a 35% return of my purchase. To be clear, the games going back forth is by design. To send it back would be an additional high cost to only receive 35% back. They have now made it so it is not worth it to send it back.

This is a scam company, it resurfaced with this name when their former company "Wilfred Smith" went under because they were overwhelmed with the return requests, complaints, and low reviews. They used the same website and just renamed it "Madison Park Clothing." Their website looks good but it is fake, they ship clothes that are the cheapest polyester material and never respond to customer service concerns.
Their "30 day no questions asked" return policy is fake because they will continue to email you back saying to keep the clothes and get a 30% off on your next purchase. They will continue to say that until the 30 days are over. Then, they will say you are outside of the return window. They never provide return instructions. Their clothes do not have a tag, they are poorly sewn and the lowest possible quality.
