Where do I start with this company and their level of superb customer service during my house purchase? Everyone I encountered were super helpful, professional and friendly from start to finish; particular mention of Jason who showed me the house, to Stuart who offered me amazing support through a rather convoluted and challenging sales process which were down to the sellers and my solicitors; I was almost giving up but Stuart was so supportive and really helped me to navigate the process so easily even more than the solicitors I was paying a lot of money to ! Thank you Stuart for all your help! I will give this company a 10 stars if I could, I will definitely use their services again and will also recommend them to others.

dishonest housing agent. It humiliates and discriminates against tenants! Works against tenants. It makes the functioning and life of families difficult! He rents apartments in unsafe conditions. It does not work with the intention of improving it, on the contrary it only worsens the condition of the property. They are incompetent and operate illegally. First and last rental from private agents! gang of cheaters and thieves!!!!! They are not interested in the health and lives of other people and small children. I do not recommend housing agents from Madison Brook international!!! stay away from these evil people!!! I'm warning you!!!

We worked with Danielle Ashford-Quaye on the sale of our flat and she was brilliant. Danielle is the most tenacious and hard working estate agent in E16! I am a tenant living in a flat managed by Madison brook. Their response with regards to repairs is very poor especially if there is anything important in terms of heating during the winters or broken tap. They are very inefficient

Madison Brook managed the rental process for me from start to finish. They were quick to advertise the property, were able to generate a lot of interest and conduct the necessary background checks to secure the tenant with a minimal void period. They kept up good communications and I would continue to rent my property with them.

From start to finish the Madison Brook team managed photos, floor plans and viewings. They proactively facilitated the sales process in a way that meant I could make the sale well within the prescribed timeframe I had in mind.

Scammers. Promised one thing and delivered something else, by which point we had paid for wifi, set up council tax and water, and given notice for our current tenancy. Turns out the agent we had initially spoken to had "resigned" - that's convenient. Had to very quickly find a new place to live as my previous room had been taken due to Madison Brook's empty promises. We got posthumously rejected the day before we were supposed to collect our keys. Avoid like the plague. Seemed like every hoop we jumped through, they would create a new one or look at incomes through such a skewed lens. We are still dealing with calls from the water company for a place we were never allowed to move into.

Jut let my property via Madison Brook. It was really smooth experience from the marketing to checking in. The extra bonus were that they also organised the EPC, EICR and professional cleaning for me. It saved a lot of time for me, also the fees were more than reasonable.

I am so greatful that Madison Brook assisted me to buy a flat in London. Big thank you for Jason - who showed us a property and Stuart - who helped us during the process, answered for all questions and explained any issues. Team was extremely helpul, patience.

I don't even know where to start because I am so emotional. I came to Madison Brook, Docklands, in March 2023 after a bad experience with another estate agency that left me feeling depressed after my sale fell through. I even took my property off the market for a month to get through that trauma; then God sent Becky just in time.
Becky of Madison Brook-Docklands is more than an asset to Madison Brook and the estate agency world. Becky is very professional and meticulous from the beginning of the consultation to completion. She goes above and beyond for all her clients and is always cheerful on the phone. She regularly checks on her clients, making sure they are OK because conveyancing can be very stressful, and she will chase either party to know the progress. Even on the day of completion, Becky showed up, was hands-on, and helped me pack the rest of my belongings.
For anyone looking for a reputable estate agency that does exactly what it says on the tin, look no further, but MADISON BROOK-Docklands and Becky is your Specialist.
