I received two pairs of pyjamas (one green and one black), which retail at £67 each including personalisation, so definitely not cheap. For that price point, I expected a premium product and finish.

Unfortunately, the black set arrived with absolutely no branding whatsoever. No label, no tag, nothing to indicate it was from this company. The green pair did have proper branding, (thank god as they were a gift for a friend!) but that made the inconsistency even more confusing. The fabric on the black set also felt noticeably poorer in quality. In all honesty, I’ve purchased £10 pyjamas elsewhere that feel better made.

I messaged the company directly and politely explained my concerns, asking whether this was normal for that colour/style, as I was genuinely considering placing a larger order for bridesmaid boxes. I had high hopes and was prepared to spend more with them.

My message was seen but ignored. I followed up again and still received no response.

For a brand charging £67 per set, I would expect both product quality and customer service to reflect that price. Sadly, neither did in this case.

Such a shame, as I was ready to place a further order. I won’t be purchasing again.

Super comfortable. Very generously sized. Colour in photo suggests rust which I actually would have preferred whereas they’re actually a vibrant red.

Very soft pyjamas in a beautiful emerald color. Small size is very comfortable, as pyjamas should be. Great product, very well made.

I’d been eyeing these pyjamas for a while and finally decided to give them a try, even though they’re not the cheapest — and wow, I’m so glad I did! They’re absolutely lush and incredibly comfortable. I went for a looser fit, as I prefer a more relaxed feel.

Although they took a little while to arrive, the quality exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Made Wright London! xx

My third pair from this brand, love them

After my initial 'concern' regarding the poor lead time, I am very pleased with my experience. The response from the company was timely and the reaction to my comments was reassuring. This seems to be a company that is genuinely keen to make improvements, where necessary. There is no question about the quality of their merchandise. My item is absolutely first class; well made and extremely comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Good quality pyjamas. Bought as a gift so not tried yet.

These are the most comfortable and soft PJs. They wash perfectly. I would recommend these for everyone.

I bought some for myself and then my friend loved them so much that I ordered her a pair for her birthday. Her daughter saw them and so we ordered another pair and between us we have found something that’s a treat but also lasts - it washes so well!

Bought as a gift for daughter. I forgot to get them personalised but lovely lady at MW arranged to have pyjamas embroidered and posted back. Fantastic customer service and amazing quality pyjamas.

Such lovely soft pyjamas! Had a small issue in that the wrong set were originally sent but customer service was amazing, really prompt replies and everything sorted within a few days. Really impressed!

I received a set of pyjamas as a gift in 2020 - softest and comfiest pyjamas! Since then I’ve purchased two pairs for myself and as a gift for a friend. The black set look incredible on as they’ve got a slimming cut. They’re such good value for money and thrilled that they’re back in stock. These will be my go-to gift purchase for upcoming birthdays and Christmas.

Very prompt delivery. Just love your pyjamas, as does 11 Yr old step granddaughter. Just wish they weren't so popular - can't usually get first colour choice!
