FRAUDULENT- do not buy! They are currently refusing to refund the incorrect, cheap, ill-fitting item that they sent me. The item looks nothing like the image, it was late arriving and they’re refusing to rectify.

Clothes are sent from China - crazy weird sizes with arms really short in a smock i bought and then long in the leg on some baggy pants and then short in another. Then you find out you have to pay to return to the US and they wont pay for them to be returned.

The image of the jacket didn't match the item which was sent. Completely different style and poor quality fabric. A return to China from UK would cost me too much money, so I was offered a quarter of what a paid, and sent the cheap looking jacket to a charity shop. I wouldn't recommend. I saw the same image for the jacket available to buy on Ebay and Amazon for a third of the price, so clearly a huge mark up is added onto these clothes.
A prepaid returns label should be on offer, as with most companies now. Disappointed and I shan't be buying from here again.

Tracking number doesn't work so I have no idea if I'm getting my order. Said 7-9 days, it's been over two weeks and nothing. Avoid this lot, obviously some sort of Chinese scam site.

Very pleased with delivery, packaging and overall quality. Only issue was the size; I ordered a Euro 44 (which I am), but the shoes are a lot smaller (probably an Asian size 44).Sadly, I can't wear the shoes but I guess I now have a Christmas/birthday present for someone in that size. I'll suggest making the size information clearer for European customers to avoid this from happening in future. Thanks for the free socks, I'm keeping them 😂

I have ordered a pants and never recevied! The teack number doesn’t work.

Avoid at all costs.

For the price point and quality there is no complaints.

However I’ve been trying for 6 days via messenger and email regarding a return or possible exchange. Absolutely no response despite the advertised 24/7 customer service contact.

Very disappointed and I’m now concern that I’ll be unable to return at all due the 14 day returns period diminishing.

I ordered an M jacket, the size is too small (Chinese) and it doesn't fit. They just answered it's the correct size and refuse to send me instructions to return the item even when in the website reads that it is easy. Total scam don't buy here.
Here is their response after I told them the jacket doesn't fit:
Dear,

This jacket is designed in a short style. If your sleeve length and chest circumference are just right, then it is suitable

If you go to the store you can see there are no measurements for the jacket so I assumed it was a regular M.

Update: they updated the website with the measurements. They provided me wit a return address in the US or China (which I had to pay for, 18€ bc I'm in the EU). So I recovered a little more than half what I paid for. If you want to take the risk be my guest ;)

You can see in the web archives or the wayback machine that they didn't have the measurements in the website at the time of my review ;) anyway I still wouldn't buy

They scammed me and sent me totally different order which was cheaper and worse quality. Just ignore my messages now. ORDER #MADEN1066
