Spotify photo gift was really poor quality. The photographer was really badly printed with lines going through it. The photo was just glued to the back rather than inside the. Also the sides were roughly cut and not see through.

The gift turned out rlly cute. However the pic is pixakized. Also one imp note is that during my purchase process there was no reference to Dhl and u didn’t give me a tracking number or estimated delivery date until I asked for one.

I really liked the friendly lady from the customer service who helped me out with my order and payment. What I didn't like very much was that the lego bricks shined through the photo in the front. The example picture didn't have that...

I ordered a hamper from the UK to be delivered to my husband in Portugal for his 50th birthday.
The hamper was fabulous, but unfortunately one glass jar had broken. I contacted customer service and they sent another hamper out straight away..
I’ve given a five star review because we were very happy with the hamper and the customer service was fantastic. Can’t recommend highly enough

I bought a matt of them and it looks nothing like what they have on the website. The names on the matt are almost unreadable, and the characters are faded and look terrible. When I contacted customer service about it, they said ( Concerning the doormate, the photo of the site is a photo made in a photographic studio, and it can therefore appear different.
Please note that the colour of the base of the doormat, in coconut fibre, can condition the impression of the characters) so they lie about what they can provide. If they showed a real picture of what the product really looked like I would of never purchased it. Then they said as a commercial gesture they would give me a new one with no guarantee on how it would look on my next order. Next order ????. They want more purchases to fix their mistake. Do not buy a matt from them. It looks terrible, and they don't care once they make money . If I could give lower than 1 star, I would.

As I said, there is no accountability. The doormat you sent me looks nothing like the one you sell. Why don't you put pictures of how they would really turn out on your website rather than the fake ones you can't make. I wish trustpilot let you put up photo's, then people would see the crap you sell. Stay away from this website.

The heart itself was ok. The heart photo supplied to go onto it didn’t fit the shape of the heart. Whichever way it was cut, there was two gaps of glass and you can see it doesn’t fit properly.

quality of pillow was not that great but the print quality turned out to be really nice.

I don't know how to express how impressed I am with the service. The price for 25 mugs was very reasonable. The shipping was incredibly fast! The software interface on the site was easy to use, and the finished product is amazing! The mugs are gifts and they come in individual boxes. To say I am impressed is an understatement. I highly recommend Madeingift.com

I ordered a gift however I’m not able to track my order. I didn’t receive a tracking email or any info on delivery. Very disappointed
