It took 10 days to inform me my package…
It took 10 days to inform me my package was lost and then I was told also there is no more in stock of that item, and by the way all your stuff is way expensive and I got it from amazon for half price including shipment.

I am very sorry, that your package was lost on it's way to Norway. Unfortunately we have no chance to know about this, until our customers take contact or the order is being returned. Therefore we always ask our customers to call us or send us an email, as soon as they find out, that something is not, as it is supposed to be.
About the prices on Amazon, we are not always able to be competitive. I am very sorry about that. But I am glad that you at least had a good price and great experience in the end.

I bought a barber straight razor with razor blades.
Shipping was relatively fast.
But the knife had som scratches and the box was a little bit broken.
But the knife works well and all and all I'm happy with the deal.

Not located in Norway, VAT and CUSTOMS FEE will be added!
Slow delivery time and customs fee and VAT will be added to the cost. We paid 2300NOK when ordering and had to pay an extra 850NOK when collecting at the post office. Will definately not order here again.

We are working very hard on getting a toll-number so that, this will not happen. And we are closer than ever! So in a couple of months from now, we should be able to prevent this unfortunate situation.
Meanwhile we have put up guidelines for the custom fee and VAT throughout the whole checkout.
If these have not been clear enough, we are very sorry and we will try to make this more clear!
